@cinder zinc – Since you’ve mentioned BSOD’s, take a look under the "%SYSTEMROOT%\minidump" folder and see if there’s any “.dmp” files that correspond to the times the system went down in the game.
-- If there are, and if you can send me a copy of these files {via DM's} -- would be more than happy to take a look here and see if we can find out what’s happening.
Do you remember what the stop-code was, roughly? Are these crashes completely random, or do they seem more frequent during a certain place or behavior in the game? Are they on every start of the game?
Basically, just give me a rundown of how far that you can get in playing the game along with those dump files: e.g, what you’re doing at the time that the system goes down, what you see and hear, and any other observations that you can.
{For example: Intermittently the screen goes black, 5 seconds elapse with audio playing, audio playback stops / sound loops, the bluescreen appears.}
-- On the "Google" sign-in error, would need more description here as well.
@teal dew – Per these FPS drops that you’re experiencing, are they constant or intermittent? Do they happen in a specific area of the game? Do you commonly get 120fps during gameplay minus those dips?
For instance in Mirroria (with raytracing enabled) it’s quite common for framerate to be much lower than other zones. The same is true for the mist / fog effect whenever traversing Vera into the upper-left corner / forested region.
@cinder zephyr – The unnamed setting that appears in the absence of DLSS is UE’s built in temporal upscaler.
-- If you’re having performance problems then checking it might improve your framerate somewhat. If you’re not having FPS issues, then it’d be recommended to leave it unchecked, as this will reduce image quality.
