I've been thinking about how we can solve it as users, but adding a sidebar is not user-friendly, and forcing window resolution with third-party programs is not recommended. The least invasive solution is to use an external monitor that you have at hand. There's no other way for now

I sent all my config files. We installed on your recommendation in the UE 4 folder. We deleted all the files in the hotta folder along the% appdata% path, we tried everything. Nothing helps. We even changed the screen resolution values from the smallest to the largest in the GameUserSetting.ini file. We changed the fps limit. We even put a cache on the video card - without restrictions. NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HELPS. Previously, there were no such problems before this patch and everything worked well. There are no extra old files that may be (look at the information in pinned).
We spent about 5 hours to launch the game. We managed to enter the game and we were delighted with what happened. But we decided to check if the game will work if you exit it - as a result, the game does not start again. We no longer know what to do. The girl is very upset and wants to completely delete this game. Isn't it really that hard to release patches without bugs?

p/s We even reinstalled the video driver. We also launched both the launcher and the game as administrator. Disabled screen optimization and DPI settings in the properties of the exe file of the game executable file and launcher

yeah playing at full screen automatically adopts the desktop resolution. it was a pain for me because my native resolution on work machine is 4K, but GPU is a 1050, so I have to reduce desktop resolution to 2K or 1080p for it to be playable at full screen

1. force crash the game (alt-f4), then logout your account from the launcher, then crash the launcher
2. restart pc
3. login your account again in the launcher, and login the game
   that seems to be the most common cure, hope it also works on your end. it seems to be caused by iffy login-status issues, assuming it's not a server error directly (which is rarely the case)

if you're playing on a popular/active server, then yeah could also be that. only solution is to either wait until Hotta gets their s h t together, or transfer to a "dead" server (which does mean you'll struggle to find players to do World Bosses with)

Seriously, what is happening with Vera main map in Iter server? All of the bacground and scenary it's bugged, the character can't land safely in the ground without traspasing it, going down of the map and dying after a long fall. You have to stay in the same chunk where you are teleported and that's all that you can do

I do all my dailys with teleport, yeah. Just that, since yesterday or so, the map started bugging. I have to teleport to a near teleport for thw missions, jump with the jetpack and keep my character jumping in the air until the bugged zone load and i can then land in it. @karmic carbon / @wanton island crashing while clicking Setting has to do with the keybind L, which the game wants to assign to "Dive" by default, but if you have it already bound to something else, the game just gives up and crashes.

just open your input.ini file in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Hotta\Saved_Steam\Config\WindowsNoEditor, re-assign the key that's using L to something that isn't used, then open settings in-game so that the game can assign Dive to L. Then feel free to re-arrange things again

For anyone having trouble being unable to get past the agreement step for Level Infinite in the Tower of Fantasy launcher due to small screens causing the continue button to be pushed outside the window. Here is an alternative way.

1. Open browser and login to https://www.toweroffantasy-global.com/home.html with the same email (or third party. Google, Facebook etc) you use to play.
2. Login into the launcher and you should be prompted with the second agreement step now.

Generally speaking, settings from before joining the game do not reflect character status.

When the client initially opens and the intro splash sequence completes, there's a title of the server that you're currently on / have selected at the bottom-center of the screen. {that is, where you're prompted to tap / click anywhere to sign-in}

• If you click anywhere within that box, this shows a server-selection.

Anyway, you'll need to actually click / sign-in, for your character's status to correctly show. Even if you have a character that's high level on a server, this will not be reflected pre-sign-in.

It usually takes two re-logins and it works fine after that! Three if the first one said “network connection error” after entering a pass
You need to FULLY close the launcher after the first(or two first) login(s), don’t let it run in the background
