Perma solution would be doing a hex edit or a ue4 mem hack, thought both eventually trigger the AC system

My friend is having an issue with a starting mission on Vera, the one you have to ride with a car, he goes to the point where u jump on it and start driving following the blue arrows but it just changes to his character and the controls are kinda random, for example if he presses down the camera goes random and the character starts moving on circles other direction etc, any solutions to this?

@plush rose -- The "*" at the end of the directory path is a wildcard and means 'everything' after that path. (aka, all files and folders within)

@craggy mirage -- The starting point would be to contact Google's Support and attempt to regain access on Google's end {explain the situation to them}. Then, if still locked out of the game account {if your friend is} afterwards, or if Google cannot return access from their end -- to also contact Tower of Fantasy's support.

It sounds like you've already written support on ToF's end, yet I would also suggest seeing if Google's team can assist you in recovery.

@cinder zephyr -- Did you attempt to sign into the game via "Steam", before logging in to your existing Tower of Fantasy account to perform the binding? If yes, you'll need to contact Tower of Fantasy's support, and see if support can remove the bound game-account from your Steam sign-in.

@steep hearth -- Since you mentioned crashing here:

Take a look under "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta\Saved\Crashes" and see if you see any folders in this location. {double check that the timestamp lines up with the recent closures} [or, Saved_Steam, if the Steam version]

If you can archive a couple of the most recent of these crash-dump folders {e.g, with winrar, winzip, 7zip, etc} and send me them (via DM's), would be happy to take a look and see if we can figure out what's happening.

@buoyant umbra -- Since you mentioned a memory-leak, which presumably you're seeing in the task-manager with the game's resources climbing -- or seeing some out of memory warning.

• Do you have any software on the machine that does D3D hooking / overlays? Examples would be things like Geforce Experience, Afterburner / RTSS, Precision-X, Discord Voice Overlay, Gamebar, etc. Any overlay, or combination of overlays can in certain circumstances cause leakage over time.

On the second part, disabling NGX or DLSS should be sufficient. It is not necessary to delete or replace game files, and we advise against doing this.

@heady elm -- NGX / DLSS is an NVidia technology, and is inactive on AMD and Intel hardware.

I'm not sure if this falls under this or not but- is the movement bugged? I logged on for the first time since the update since I wanted a small break after getting Monocross, and I'm noticing that despite not pressing my keys and trying to run, jump, or do anything that involves movement, it'll make my character move in the opposite direction seemingly almost at random, but often enough for it to interfere with my gameplay. The entire machine is "hard-locking" with a frozen image, and audible beeps. Sounds like a hardware issue and that the machine is not entirely stable at high load.

GPU usage went up with this 2.0 update. Someone here posted it yesterday that Tower of Fantasy is currently using DLSS 2.3.0.0 of nvngx_dlss.dll and Updating the nvngx_dlss to 2.4.12.0 fixed my Memory Leak and GPU Usage issues.

I only use the integrated graphics when unplugged to save battery. So I don't need to boost the performance of it. It's 10-25W based on the product site. And I'm a no no to overclocking too. Too bad undervolting this 3050 is not worth it and I can't undervolt 5000 series mobile.

My game is lagging after the update. Disabled DLSS already. Did everything in pins. Cant get 60 fps in open world (I used to be able to get consistent 60fps).
