I found a solution but it's strange, you need to switch to the steam version of the game. So even with DLSS all works.

for Intel Arc Graphics card users , they also have higher FPS in DirectX 12 because of Intel DirectX 11 Driver issue 🥲

sorry for the wall of texts, im just sharing my experience, im not a tech guy and i was flustered when my game kept on crashing when it was completely fine before the update.
i tried repairing the game files from the launcher and it showed an error saying sth is abnormal but it wouldnt let me fix the game file.
after doing the force 11_1 thing and restarting my pc, somehow the launcher lets me repair the game file.
and then when the game starts, it runs at an ard 20 fps max, so i decided to no longer force on 11_1, and repair the game file again
after doing all that, now the game starts normally, at my normal fps, and no more crashes
idk what happened there, but i guess if its stupid but it works, its not stupid ._.

instance bug, it fails to load into the instance and kicks you and everyone else in the same instance out. Have to wait around 10min without trying to log in usually to get in. sometimes restarting device or repairing from launcher works but might need to wait 10-30min before you can get in

not really server more like instance issue. it tries 2 loading screen, if you are in the game when someone still has it you can see them in party logging in showing instance and then almost instantly logging out

I may have potentially found a way to fix the DLSS Memory Leak/Lag.

Tower of Fantasy is currently using DLSS 2.3.0.0 of nvngx_dlss.dll

Updating the nvngx_dlss to 2.4.12.0, or newer ver will fix it.

The DLL is located in Tower of Fantasy\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64

I can't share external links, you can find the updated DLL on TechPowerUp.

If staff reading this: I've been running my game for more than 2 hours so far with DLSS Enabled, I can confirm this fixes the Memory Leak/Lag.
