I am having the same issue as a lot of other people in that when I launch the game it freezes on the Hotta logo and then will eventually crash (not responding). I have tried repair, un/reinstall, adding the [D3DRHIPreference] bPreferD3D12InGame=False, changing both the QRSL and launcher to compatibility with windows 8, manually deleting the Win64 file and running a repair after, updating my graphics drivers (which were already up to date), and a full pc restart. I was playing earlier this morning on the new update. Any other fixes I might not have tried?

For those who have edited “GameUserSettings.ini”, and inserted the following two lines in order to drop the game-engine down to D3D11 {instead of 12} on a Windows 10 or 11 system.

To do this, navigate to:

• Right-Click on “tof_launcher.exe”, select “properties”.
• Select the “Compatibility” tab.

Close the launcher if it was already open, re-start the launcher, and re-start the game. You can undo any edits that have been made to the config files, as these are not needed / have no effect.

I did some more troubleshooting related to the issue with controller's jump button.

It's definitely related to cutscenes. It's been broken every after every story CS so far.
It gets fixed by swapping areas. IE going from the vera desert > Mirroria or going from Vera > Asteria for example.

2)login with your main account then try binding from that launcher.*no need to download the game file just the launcher.

Hey all so I've got an issue where my game doesn't use my good gpu on my laptop, I have an integrated gpu and a nvidia rts 3060 on here and it is always using gpu 0 (the integrated one) instead of the rtx card (gpu 1)
It's an MSI laptop so I've tried using discrete mode but it doesn't exist on my system.
Also have set high performance mode on for the application as well as for my entire computer in the power settings.

It's been throwing everyone I ask a blank so any help or clarification would be appreciated

long story short I unplugged my 2nd monitor, and disabled my integrated gpu, but my laptop has instead decided it isn't going to utilise the dedicated gpu at all and instead uses the basic display drivers.

Yes I have done that. Before I even downloaded the Steam version, I bound my custom account to Steam in the original version. (I read the FAQ) After binding, I downloaded the steam version and logged into the game with my steam account. Worked perfectly!
I wanted to only use Steam to log in so I wanted to see if I could unbind my custom account.
Couldn’t do it from the launcher since the button is greyed out.

hello, I am experiencing a failed to fetch character error in the twitch event drop.
I'm quite sure all my log in info were correct, the twich account binded, claimed all available rewards, properly logged in both in their website, the itself game and twitch, not to mention its all within one(1) gmail both my tof and twich account.

I already tried everything I could short of contacting their CS which I would do but before I do I might be missing something so any help would be appreciated.

Been having stuck at loading screen issues, at 0%, 38% and 90%. I left it for a good 5 mins before deciding to restart the client (on pc). Happens when i enter cinematic at vera.

but it run fine 90fps (i set it max to 90fps)
