I think there is a (weekly) amount you need to reach, if your crew doesn’t reach that amount (Crew Points). The Crew will get deleted.

This normally happens when your can't connect to the "Server" please try to restart your PC/Mobile. Recommend to restart your Router aswell, don't have any VPN's running.

Also what you could try is log out of your account, and login again. helped a few people.

Personally I would prefer to leave boost active, rather than using a fixed clockspeed. {to not manually dial in an overclock} Not only does it not tend to help performance by that much [if at all with modern boost algorithms], yet it also increases idle power-draw and temps.

Read through your posts and your description of the sign-in issue. There's two potential causes for this:

Either:
-- Internet peering / a routing problem {there being no route to the login servers}
-- An issue with DNS resolution {failing to resolve the address of the login servers}

While use of a VPN is not a permanent solution {it's against the game's user-agreement}, it confirms that what you're experiencing is connection oriented in its nature. Whatever software you used would potentially provide both a different setup of DNS servers, and also may provide different peering than your ISP's (different routing to the login servers).

First thing to try would be using an alternate DNS service instead of your ISP's provided, such as for instance Google or Cloudflare's.

Each of these companies provide guides for configuring use of their services.
Here's a link to Google's user-docs for reference: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

Assuming changing DNS does not resolve your ability to login, then you'd both want to contact your ISP and Tower of Fantasy's support. In the case of the ISP, you'd want to explain the service that you're having issues connecting to (e.g, mention Tower of Fantasy), and when contacting Tower of Fantasy's support, you'd want to provide details on your ISP / where you're connecting from [your IP address would help here too].

^ The goal is to have both ends (your Internet Provider and Tower of Fantasy's support) look at routing in each direction / from each side.

When emails don't arrive for some time {up to 30 minutes}, it can also be because of mail server "graylisting".

If you're using a webmail system, sometimes adding the address you received the password reset from to your whitelist, takes care of further incidents of this / speeds things up.

Hello, I am from Illyrians server. From my country I can't buy premium currency because play store only allows credit card which I don't have. So I asked a friend who lives overseas to do the purchase in my account. He did it through itunes. I payed 50$ and bought the 50$ Tanium pack. Then today I got a mail saying my Tanium were being deducted because they detected "irrigularities in purchase history" .

It's caused by Driver that is making a problem, usually outdated version
Solve with :

1. Update Driver that is made correctly for your PC and Windows OS (usually Windows 11)
2. Turn off Hypervisor, Hyper-V and Windows Sandbox (sometime helpful)
   + Open [Control Panel]
   + Go to [Program and Feature]
   + Go to [Turned Windows Feature On or Off]
   + Uncheck
     - Windows Sandbox
     - Windows Hypervisor Platform
     - Hyper-V
3. Downgrade to Windows 10 (or back to Windows 11)
   + It is based on your original OS
   + Usually Driver that is works with your
4. Replace Hardware and Devices if you still wanna stay at your versions
5. (Expert) Use WindowsDbg for Debugging BSOD Error

Login Exception
Usually caused by Account Credential Error that happened between Server Credential and your PC (Client) Credential, usually because Credential Expire Time or *Unstable Connections *
Solved by :

1. Reopen TOF Launcher.
2. Checking Connection Stability.
3. Repair Game Files.
4. Check the Free Available Storage Size left.

To reopen TOF Launcher :

1. Open [System Tray] on right side of [Taskbar] 
(every Windows has this)
2. Search for [TOF Launcher] icon.
3. Right Click -> Quit
4. Open back the TOF launcher as usual

To Check the Connection Stability / Connection Status
Open CMD and type

ping google.com -t

If the problem still exist Flush your DNS Record as well by :

1. Restart Connection
2. Open [CMD] or [Windows Terminal] (Run as Administrator) : 
   -> ipconfig /flushdns
3. Change connection method / Change your ISP into another one
4. Disable any kind of masking internet, such as VPN, Proxy, ect

If yes, then lot files is corrupted.
If no, then probably the game file is corrupted.

Try to monitor the activity in your devices with Task Manager and check if your RAM and CPU is always out of resources or not....

Most of the cases that I've seen of this have been caused by some form of hardware instability, such as bad RAM. Whether or not the crash dumps are consistent (with recorded hash generations) may shed some light here.

Yep, that'd do it. I see that font smoothing (TrueType) is disabled, and you may also have hardware acceleration disabled in your browser.

That would explain the sharp (jagged) text edges.

Yeah, try out other servers and see if the game can load without DC. If other servers worked on your account, then it could be Fantasia server-related problem. Someone had this issue and deleted the Hotta folder in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local and it worked - apparently it was a problem with their character on a specific server because they can play on other servers fine.

Hello. I have an issue with achievemnt which isn't listed in achievements.
I was eating Crispy Lard Gourd during a worldboss fight, and saw a notification about some achievement pop up. And after the battle I saw red square on "Terminal" button in menu, opened it, proceded to achievements (which was also marked with a red square), and saw the same red square thingy on "LIFE" section of achievements, but no subcategory is marked with the same thing and I can't see unclaimed achievements in any subcategory.

Hello, i can't seem to connect to the game at all.

When you say that the entire system crashed, were you presented with a BSOD (bluescreen), or any text? Did the system power-off, reset, or something else?

that’s not network related its game related i did some checking found out what ip bank the server im on in eu is and did testing on it im playing from Japan but the server i was dumped on from cue was in eu region my normal ping in game is 98ms which is fine i have had zero issues with it at that however when im doing 2v2 pvp that hits as high as 800ms its so bad that you may as well just sit there and wait and the signal bar drops to 1 and a red color now i know its not network in the building because im literally sitting 3m away from one of the most powerful Wi-Fi 6 routers you can buy that has a solid signal up to .5km away from my house also i know its not network causing this because while the in game ping was at 750 I ping the server ip and it was at 10 ms from my house to the server so the ping and the stuttering and fps drops are all game issues not network because i was getting that same 6-800ms ping in game during events on hardwired pc that has a 5gb fiber link

And this is totally possible. Most MMO´s got 3 servers for running their games. One Login server, 1 char server and 1 world server. So if the login server is down nobody can login but the people wich are playing still can play without problems

I'm having the same issue today, but it's been working fine all the time previously. To resolve, I just bound all of the keys to mouse and keyboard keys using reWASD. It's not a free software, but I would highly recommend it as it allows you to bind keys to things that aren't even keys (eg. the four corners of the DS4's touchpad).

I've had to bind WASD/Mouse movement to the analog sticks (which is sadly suboptimal: no dynamic speed, poor angle controls, etc.)

Lot of things that could lead to that problem.
I give you a summary list that put as the priority level.
First one is the most issue, and latest one is the rare issue.

1. It's related to your connection issue.
   Try to find if your connection is stable without spike pings
   If there it's, you can do this :

• Flush DNS Record in your device
• Change ISP / Internet Sources.

2. It's related to Memory Capability
   Sometime, even your memory, such as Storage Available and RAM is on low availability. Furthermore, CPU could be leading into this such way.

• Try to check your current storage condition from Availability and also their own temperature

3. It's related to File Corruptions
   Sometime, even your game files could be corrupted when you're downloading in unstable environment and bad sector of your storage could lead into this problem as well

• Check your disk by Chkdsk utility and Defragmentation (TRIM if SSD)
• Repair the game afterward and relaunch the game

4. It's related to OS Problem
   Even OS could be a problem, especially Windows 11, where that OS that is quite unstable that could produced lot of problem and bugs.

• Update your OS for latest version, together with your drivers each update versions.
• Downgrade to Windows 10 could solve the problem, since Windows 10 is more stable than Windows 11, especially driver development (OEM Fault for so sloppy in this driver development)
