well, dont really know the solution tho… for me as long the pc didn’t restart by itself I pay it no mind lol
when comparing temperature, gotta consider ambient temps~, if you go for more than 60fps, gpu temps will go brr unless you got a beafy one
you can power limit it for stable temps
Laptop also becomes very hot when playing, more so since ToF uses 100% GPU utilization. So if you use laptop, expect hot temp.

this issue is really annoying, very other game I play is stable and no spike in ping. but TOF keep disconnecting me from the server so frequently

I always go into the menu and enter the Vehicle menu. Strangely, Vehicle menu affects the flashing lights so just enter and exit until screen is clear

it was so flipping weird. I was on my desktop. I get a notification on my TOF launcher my account is logged in else where. Im freaking out thought my account got hacked. I'm trying to go change my pw via account center. Launcher's stupid notification is blocking me from clicking on change pw. Finally I was able to but then my launcher says to edit my profile info like i just created my account? I'm like tf but my name still stills shows up at the right corner of the launcher window. So I proceed. I go to my server. and I'm at the character selection like what the hell.

DPC Watchdog at Windows 11 means that your drivers is not for windows 11.
It's just elevation driver or compability drivers. In order words, your driver manufacturer is so lazy to configure for windows 11 dedicated

Yup, especially if Drivers is not really dedicated to be coded for that windows version, instead just using compability method only

Sometime NVIDIA act weirdly that not wanna run TOF in Dedicated Graphic and just grabbing Integrated Graphic for Laptop PC might trigger BSOD with 100% uptime CPU lag

Check it with Bluescreenview apps or Windows Diagnosis Kit so you can check the bluescreen error code
cuz this was happening to valorant but after a few updates of valorant this problem is gone
im not sure how to answer this but the blue screen usually happens after closing the game and/or launching it. there are also times where it happens while Im playing

Then quite easy. Disable driver one by one and try to play TOF until you know which driver is outdated or mismatch with Windows 11
If you don't get the solution, then downgrade to windows 10 and test TOF

You should open Task-Manager and close the game there. You will need to login again after you done that.

When starting the Launcher make sure you both are not using Auto-Login
Also a Option for you and @quick aurora visit the official Tower of Fantasy website and just re-download the Launcher

You just need to run the Launcher as Administrator this should fix the issue, and don’t use Auto-Login, type your password.
How long does support reach out back to players? Something like losing your character. Essentially being removed from your account is something they need to react to.
I am new. I have never been able to login although I want to play. It always crashes when I click on the "click anywhere" screen no matter what server is selected.

This is normal, this is just the launcher. It says the same for me. Did you click the right server and are you logged in with the right Account?

I had it on my mobile device & i was completely logged out of there as well. I mean I double checked I choose the correct server and im just directed to character select. This is just really really weird.
You relieved any emails about a Character deletion? You should get one.
No I did not. I believe there isn't even a way to delete characters right? only accounts? I didn't get any indication.
When you logged in, did you use google, apple, twitter login or how did you login?

It’s a higher risk to get hacked if you only have that, consider after the CS helped you with your current problem, to bind your account with different options.
but thats the thing. Even if you were hacked. Your character should still be there.
Also. When it told me to edit my profile. my username still showed up in the launcher. not as like TOF_Player or whatever its default creation was. this is a weird shady experience.

yes I have I tried everything lol. I even had a glimmer of hope when some users said they somehow got there servers switched and just had to switch servers. So I double checked and I thought maybe there was another radiant server in another country hahaha so just double checked i was in NA then Radiant. lol.

You do. I honestly should've done that but I swore I did cuz I was going to play on mobile I didn't realize they just had a email login as well but I tried the bind google logins. All asked to create/edit profile like creating accounts.

Have you tried to contact official CS also together with providing Proof of Account Ownerships like UID and Nickname
It's quite good if you have Invoices as well to make your standing ground more better.

If you login using Google Login, you might need to bind with TOF account login (using Email login instead)

Okay, first try to logout from the launcher, you can also just use Task-Manager to make it quicker, after both of you done that, run the Launcher as Administrator.
No so i started first on pc. I just used email login first. Then bound my account with google login.

yes I have. I even tried ones that maybe a possiblity it could be on another google email but they all acted like to create an account as well.

All she said to me was, since she’s playing on Mobile, her account got logged out. When she tried logging in, it redirected her to the tutorial. She tried logging in on PC as well and it’s still the same. Character = gone. @shy zenith

Because they can't help you with those issues, if you read Vasry's Status, you can see that any related ingame issues, can only the Customer Support via ingame or Email handle.

Oh my bad, just logout from your account (make sure you have your account bind to any other option like (Twitter, google or Apple) <-- to be save. Then just logout of your account, close the application completely, turn on Airplane mode, and turn it back off. 🙂

Wait, was there a server reset at some point? I haven't played in maybe 1-2 months and I go to log on and it puts my right into character creation again, even though I'm logging onto the same account as before, as well as the same region and server..

Yesterday I had the crashing problem, well, I still have it but I have tried to see what could be happening since it seems only a problem with my PC, and that is that the game completely lags and from the task manager you can see that it is using a large percentage of the cpu section. Do you have any idea of something similar?

Apparently my account was moved from the ToF account to google and now I have 2 accounts under my google email

really really weird, any bug abused? VPN? any software on your computer that can cause a violation?
I used outlook originally but now I can only use the linked google email from my phone to play
The minimums, it has a default function, I can see less than 8 nomads, I do not have shadows activated, not full screen, and at 25fps, Or that's the last thing I remember because now it won't let me get to open it 
Check your outlook email if there are any changes
The only change was that I updated my password
Not that I know of, no. And I never received any communication about it from TOF either, as far as I'm aware. At most I play with spotify and google chrome open, but haven't done any bug abuse or used vpn while playing. No software on my computer that would cause a violation.

Our good friend Task-Manager can maybe help you, close the launcher with it, and then before you start the Launcher again, start it as Administrator
also don't use "Auto-Login". Try to manually type your details.
Allot of people have that issue.. seems to get more and more people with the same issue. Anything related to your Account, is Customer Support or email. No one here can help you with that issue then.
I've tried to escalate the issue via the email to Tower of Fantasy support@toweroffantasy-global.com but they cannot assist

All i would say is, try to login on another device to see if your account appears on another device.
Also what is the point of binding accounts (google and twitter) if they create separate accounts?

it happned to me different some how my account was unbinded from my gmail
and yet i created my main through gmail and trust me im not stupid enough to give my gmail to anyone
I can only play on mobile, my gmail apparently has 2 outcomes. One with my character on mobile and one without and starting fresh on PC
The WORST part is I know I won't get a refund of any sorts for the $100 I spent on the game initially, so now I'm just screwed and have 0 motiviation to play the game. If I got an explanation on what happened I'd be fine, but there's no information for me whatsoever.
So if cant get my character back i spent money is there any reason not to do a charge back?

Reinstalling client did not fix it, as I remember seeing a reply saying that was an easy fix
Logout, if on pc open Task-Manager and close the launcher <- after you've done that you can open the launcher again as Administrator. And then u sign in Manually, don't do "auto-login" type your details yourself.
Support told me I was logging in via the correct channel.
I sent images and a video from my PC and Mobile clients but they cannot do anything since it breaks the data protection act. They also will not escalate since there is no one to escalate

The in game seems to be a bot that does pre-gen scripts. Also it took it 1.5 hours to respond.

Your issue is solvable - Mine is not. They deleted my character as a whole. I lost 2 weeks of constant 8h+ days of grinding and $100, and they're not going to get that back for me.

I made if from my phone so it was already linked with gmail, then I connected it with fb to claim rewards. After updating my phone I started the game and noticed that I wasn't logged in. I went in with my credentials and there was no character saved, as if I was starting over a new account...there was still my preset character that I was using but after I tried to start a new server to check something even my old preset disappeared

Hi! If this was stated somewhere, I'm terribly sorry haha. I made a character on an Asia server (Venus) by accident when I meant to put it in a North American one... is there any way I can simply transfer it, or do I have to create a new one?
You have to create a new one but if you took your time to create a "Model" yourself you can save those settings and import them on the new Server (your level and everything won't be on the other server).

This is getting scary. Everyone should have a copy of their UID so if our accounts/characters go missing, we have references. This problem SHOULDN’T be happening in the first place. I’m a whale and I’m scared that this might happen to me, too.

Just bind your account to all possible options, i don't recommend Facebook bind.

I actually have no idea what is going on with ToF, i've seen this issue more then 20 times today. Always feel bad for them, because all you can recommend them is "contact the CS" and then they come back and send pictures with automated messages.

No. I have controllers paired through bluetooth but not connected. That's the only thing I can think of in regards to controllers

additionally, it's random when they appear. I've noticed it happens more often than not when loading out of an instance though.
When these controls are on screen I can't click to open menus, need to use shortcuts (like alt+1). These sticks can also be interacted with to control my character and camera.
TPing somewhere often get rid of the issue, still annoying.

I'm a whale and this happened to me. I was able to get on the mobile app but that's painful to play on
easy fix for that is just request a new password, then you will be able to login on PC again, but before you do anything of that make sure you have your account bind to any other option that your current have.
I don't have an issue logging in at all just being able to access my character after server select
I mean if you can't see your "Character" on PC, then just request a new password, this fixed the issue for some people.

No, they don't give any Passwords out. You just press on "Forgot Password" you will get an email and then from there u can make a new password.

Trust me if so many people write here encountering problems, i don't wanna know how many ingame Tickets and emails they get each day, or each hour.
I never played it on pc and i dont have access to play on a pc (unless i can somehow download it on mac laptop)
@neat temple -- I get the feeling that by talking of lag here, we're talking of system performance as a whole. One thing that I note in your Task Manager screenshot, is that the system is 84% memory filled (potentially more due to Windows' memory-compression), whereas the game process is consuming under 1.5GB.
Will DM you to ask more details on your hardware. Gut feeling at a glance from the description and what has been seen, is that you're simply out of memory and that swap thrashing is taking place, causing the perceived stutter.
@mystic geyser -- Currently no official or unofficial Linux support. Due to the anti-cheat, it won't be possible to run the game under Wine / Proton at this time either.
@jovial canopy -- Description sounds like it's connection oriented {a routing issue}, especially if it wasn't always this way, and if there's no general connectivity problems with other applications / games. You could try playing the game through tethered cellular data, just for an assurance that the game is stable on some Internet Connection.
Far as what to do: Best bet would be contacting both your ISP and Tower of Fantasy's support, to have connectivity looked in to from both ends.

If there are, and if you can archive (e.g, winrar, winzip, 7zip) the crash dump folders and send them my way (via DM's), will take a look and see if we can figure out why the client is crashing.

Then run the game as Administrator, don't use Auto-Login, manually type your email and password.

I'm stuck at 90% and after a while it just goes back to the server page. I can't create a ticket because I can't even see my UID. I can't access my UID because I can't access the server/character. I followed everything I was told to do in order to fix this problem, but nothing has worked. Is this happening to other people? Anyone know what's up? I missed the fireworks show in game because of this and I'm kinda sad. 😂
Edit: I must add, this happened to me before. I fixed it by joining another lobby, ending the task in task manager, and going back to my normal server. I tried this again and it didn't work, same with even more things I've tried.

it goes away but when 6 copies are running the browser doesn’t have any windows open in task bar and when i force closed them in task management nothing changed on the pc and it didn’t show back up unless i ran tower again

yeah those problems are that windows cant launch its built in browser when you click on a internal link which is fine by me but once i got rid of it for the 20th time I noticed it only shows back up if i launch tower on pc

Probably 75% max on gpu and thats when fighting in the area with lucia and all her little minions and spamming a bunch of attacks with flash effects to see how high i could push it. The cpu is lucky to make it to 40%. Atm its running fine but in a but of time itll start again for a bit until it stops

Yeah it does its not full flicker to black screens its more the colours start darkening a bunch but it flickers between normal and darkened quickly

but theres a chance his download was injected somehow that happens sometimes on download from the legitimate sites sometimes a hacker will intercept your download and spike it i had that happen on a graphic driver I downloaded directly from nvidias website by going to the address listed on the manual the download had been spiked

Firstly that Microsoft Feature Removal although it's against their TOS is okay, which is quite serious problem.
(Even Microsoft Official Statement against those method, you have claim that it's okay, it's same that you're saying if breaking jail is okay)
Secondly that announce claiming if TOF is distributing Malware, but haven't ask directly into them which is serious problem of breaking laws as well.

What i think, is maybe it's a GPU scaling issue? the game tries to scale it down but the gpu tries to scale it up and each time this happens it flickers?

I play on fairly similar hardware and haven't seen such. It's not an AMD specific issue, whatever it is. It's hard to say from the description though.
Would personally start by disabling Freesync (if it's active), and see if the flicker halts.
lets hope it isn't anything serious because all of us know how painful it is ^^

Honestly, the brightness variance of colors is the main thing that has me perplexed. Usually it'd be a full blanking of the display / signal loss. Will reserve judgement until hopefully they manage to capture what it is they're seeing on camera.

Far as brightness goes --- refresh rate is actually tied directly to perceived brightness of pixels. Liquid crystal (all forms of it), fades to white between refreshes. The lower the framerate {if tied to refresh}, the brighter a screen will seem to be.
In otherwords, the more 'stutter' that you have in a game, or abrupt changes in framerate -- the more noticeable this tends to be.

Actually a problem on the GSync side as well, though it doesn't bother some people. There's another "effect" that you might be seeing here called "variable inverse ghosting" [some people describe it as a 'shadow' moving over the image], which is caused by a display dialing down and up the voltage to compensate for variances in response time based on refresh.
e.g, as refresh drops, raising voltage, and as refresh increases, decreasing voltage -- to maintain a constant pixel response time.

hey guys, so ive heard about people getting hacked in tof, and i was told to bind my custom account to a google account. I did that and it worked, but i tried doing it on mobile too but the google option to sign in isnt there. I went back onto the pc client to unbind my google account and into my apple account but somewhere in there, my account was never transferred into the apple binding, and all progress was lost. I tried to go back to the google binding account and all progress is lost there also. I tried going back to the custom account and the verification code never sends. what can i do did i just lose my account?

You just type your email and password, don't use the Logo button to login.
For some reason, TOF recognizes the auto login button as a different account than the one you are on (even if it's the same one) that's what happened to me, my brain almost exploded when I realized this.

Could you try to explain more? When does it crash, do you get any error message?
It wont crash in loading scene, it usually crash during Pve or sometime 2v2 also in coop mode.
I didnt get any error message it just crash and come back to the launcher startup

uff you can't as far as i know, but you can bind different accounts to your Tower of Fantasy Account, Twitter, google, Apple i can recommend.
If you really want to change the email, you could try to contact the customer support ingame, and ask them if there is a chance to change the email.

So a crewmate of mine can't log in to the game and lost his account progress. He contacted the support and they said this

The 2vs2 Servers are really laggy sometimes! for some users, they never get a good lobby where they don't lagg. So it's server sided.

Should be a similar method to initially signing in. If you used google on mobile. You use the G logo at the bottom of the launcher to sign in

Select bind next to your choice
I can use the alternate accounts for me to sign into my character on mobile. just not on PC
You could take it a step further and see if you can sign in on PC with your google account, to check for characters

Hi, i'm stuck on 90% at the loading screen after selecting Eden server. The other servers can enter normally. Can anyone help me? After stuck for a few minutes the game auto returned to server selection screen.

hello, i notice a problem my target switching.. i have 2 accounts, 1 of them can only switch target by clicking on Tab while the other 1 can change target using wasd and tab.. both account setting are set to this.. can anybody help me on how to use wasd target switch?
Manual will give you the ability to switch between targets with "Tab" 🙂
