how old is the pc i think the current gpu stuff on the market uses directx 12 if your system doesn’t have direct x 12 you have a problem because it’s included in windows 10 and up so you may have a hardware problem i also noticed your cpu was a bit slow for an i7 1.5ghz most of those run around 2.6 -3.6 ghz so im assuming your running a laptop the touchscreen would back up this assumption unless you have a gaming laptop like an asus rog or msi ge76 raider thats built for running games Lower end business or academic level laptop system tend not to run gpu intensive games well

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I am having a few issues with both the Discord and contacting the customer support email. On Discord there are certain messages that are blank for me like the ones in the server rules channel for example. I've tried restarting/relogging Discord, using both web/desktop/mobile app, and even rejoining the server but none solved the issue. This is the only server where the issue occurs. And for the support email stuff, when I try and email customer support I am getting a reply email saying the delivery failed (and that their mailbox is full) when I try and reply to one of my open support email threads.

You can't compare this game work in my laptop but those game not, they're built different

anyway AMD Vega > Intel Iris. These two product have different vision of market. An example Amd vega produce to fullfill video-things demand, which is Intel have 'plus' point on their processor for multitasking that why Intel have low speedclock than Amd but still run smoothly (in laptop version)

Looks like you're already on the latest drivers for your Xe integrated graphics. Sadly, the visual anomalies / artifacts that you're seeing are well known to Intel's Graphics Drivers. Even on their discrete (new) graphics card line.

Hopefully this will be something Intel resolves in the future {with further driver updates}, yet for now there's not much you can do about this short of switching to a different system, or using an external GPU dock over thunderbolt.

hold on let me check im pretty sure its not terms of service agreement are not legally binding since your legally recognized signature is not on a document along with witnesses signature and a notary’s stamp or judges signature i think the reason why they dont like people playing on emulators is its easy to use cheating tools on an emulator than it is on an actual android device also your more likely to trip the anti cheat guard on an emulated device and they will not provide any technical support on a account ran from such a system because its not a supported platform so doing that has a bunch of risks from getting banned for supposed use of cheating devices to having no support if you have issue with your account because they can tell if your running on an emulated device so just giving them the specs of the device being emulated when you submit a support request wont fool them

genraly when they ban somone they do so after examination of the account and its behavior and data i have worked with game devs and am currently working on a game dev at this time and i can say from having been involved in the account moderation stage of the game operations for bandi namco and asobimio that when somone trips an anti cheating watchdog in a game they recive a system snapshot of what was happening when that was trigger and I’ve investigated plenty of so called false bans in the 2 years i was doing that the majority of them did in fact have some kind of third party modified aspect of the game most of those were using non authorized topoffs and currency loads a few used client cheats and most of them had a combination of factors that trigger the flags so i find it hard to see this many people getting a false ban most games have very specific things thay watch for including tampering /modified/disabling of the anti cheat engines or attempt to bypass them for whatever reasons

Follow this Guide.

1. Make sure to run the ToF Launcher (not the game)
2. Open Taskmanager, select ToF and end the process.
3. Open the game folder (Tower of Fantasy/launcher/intl service/)
   and delete the file "intl_service.exe"
4. Close down any windows and start the game as administrator if possible
   otherwise just start the game!

If this didnt work it might help to go to the Website and download the latest launcher.
You can install the new launcher on top of the old.

Hi, I have a problem with Crown region.
I have the map at 98.6% and I am missing one only chest. In order to find it I have pinned all the locations on the In-Game map thanks to the Interactive Map, but I cannot find a locked chest in any of those location.
I think I had a bug with the Chest where you fight Giggs experiment, where I open the quest chest and after that I immediatelly opened the world chest while the next part of the story quest were loading.

developers can only provide solutions on how the dictionary should improve your connection network, but they don't realize or pretend not to realize that their server quota is too small but there are too many servers per region and this is a major problem for players and dev....

I've done everything to try my best how to get the best network connection to play this game...but ended up being the same, it didn't work at all.

The game is poorly optimized and the developers did not properly test the performance, on my system cannot fully play the game at 60-120 fps stable random fps drop, despite having a capable hardware. 32GB, R7 3700X, RX5700XT all latest driver and custom bios. 2. Open Taskmanager, select ToF and end the process.
3. Open the game folder (Tower of Fantasy/launcher/intl service/)
   and delete the file "intl_service.exe"

   otherwise just start the game!

If they're not recent, then they're not the BSOD's that you're seeing. It may well be the case that these are not generating minidumps.

Generally as a starting point for Watchdog Violations, check if there's any BIOS updates for your motherboard (if you're comfortable doing this), and for any devices in the system that there's new drivers for. (including but not limited to motherboard chipset drivers)

Look for anything that includes a "game overlay" feature. Any software that performs D3D hooking can cause the engine to leak memory.

1. Make sure to run the ToF Launcher (not the game)
2. Open Taskmanager, select ToF and end the process.
3. Open the game folder (Tower of Fantasy/launcher/intl service/)
   and delete the file "intl_service.exe"
4. Close down any windows and start the game as administrator if possible
   otherwise just start the game!

Hello everyone,

Since the recent update I’ve been getting BSoD’s after launching the game.
There are times where I can play for hours or minutes until I randomly BSoD.

No instance or particular in-game event triggers it so it's hard to re-create, even if I log in to quickly use up some stamina and log out afterwards while sitting idle on my desktop, browsing the internet or playing another game.. but only after I launched ToF once it will at one point BSOD me, if I don’t launch the game at all I do not get a single blue screen no matter what I do (tested for a few days now.)

The error I get is nvlddmkm.sys, video TDR Failure, it’s a common blue screen error that could be triggered by a lot of things, be it old drivers, software, hardware you name it.

I have tried: reinstalling the game, use different HDD, SSD's, removed / reinstalled current drivers, re-installed Windows & to see which component might be the issue, tested out the RAM, CPU, GPU. Switched all of them out but to no success.

I feel like I have tried everything I could and the only option I have now is to play it on my phone till it somehow fixes itself.

Specs:
I9 9900K / I7 6600K (testbench)
3080TI / 1080TI (testbench)
16GB RAM / 32GB RAM.

From what i read up on it, and removing what you've already tried from your post... First does this happen when running any game or is it specifically to ToF? If its happening during any game...
Things to Check:

• Check your Memory (RAM). Make sure you dont have any faulty modules.
• Check to make sure your GPU isnt over heating- If over clocking, Under clock it - (MSI Afterburner is good software)
• possibly issues with PSU???
