Its a Typical Vodafone error. You cant Login, you cant read twitch chat. and other things, that run on that specific port.
That happens when they have technical issues on their own.

The login servers are partially affected which is why some are able to login, some are able to login via v p n and some are not. If you are already in the game you can play but might not be able to relog in case you quit or get disconnected. It is not a provider related issue as I am currently ingame on 1 phone with vodafone and I cant login on another with vodafone also.

I found a workaround for this. Go to settings, controls, and then change something you don't care about to "-", then change THAT control to what you want the "put down" button to be. It will swap them out.

That is not good. It is not supposed to be blank. I just started the game a couple minutes ago and the launcher had the normal notifications there. You should try to end the task in task manager. Go to the "details" tab in task manager and end the one called "tof_launcher". Then retry the game.
