I got reply from the support. The account is actually get age-restriction. I have no idea when did they confirm my age. I didn't remember any way they confirm it. And in the email they said there is no way they can modify the account information. Crap.

I found a somewhat answer for this. It’s because of a parental settings issue. Essentially they think you’re a minor and they restrict chat messages for the safety of minors. I’m having the issue on pc. But I downloaded it on my phone and selected that I wasn’t a minor and I can chat. We may have to redownload on pc. I haven’t tested it yet.

Yeah it’s a pop up at the beginning of the install. It’s a glitch. Essentially it selected that you were a minor. I had the same issue but again on phone I was able to select I wasn’t a minor and I’m able to chat on the same account. So it may just need to be deleted and redownload.

Yeah it’s a glitch some people had where it automatically selects youre a minor. I had the same issue but didn’t realize what it was until I couldn’t chat. I contacted support and they said it was because of the minor thing. But since I can access chat on my phone I’m hoping a reinstall on the pc will fix it. I’ll let you know tomorrow. 😊

Any BSOD-related issues should be related to their anti-cheat driver called ksophon_x64.sys. The only way to get rid of them for me was disabling this driver. Though it might be bannable adventure.

Hey, i cant seem to find people with the same problem i have. My problem is that the game Freezes after some time its random i can play for 2h or 10min after that the whole PC slowly freezes too. If i try to close the game or any other window it does not work. I can still open task manager or other window but after i try to click anything in there it freezes. I can still click the windows Start button but i cannot restart or shut down the PC like that. I have to manually press the Button on the PC to shut it down.

I have the newest Drivers, i whitelisted the Launcher and Game ,i repaired it multiple times, i uninstalled and reinstalled it on different hard drives HDD or SSD, i start the game and launcher as admin, i tried it in compatibility mode, CPU is at 50-60°C. any other Game is normal.

i hope someone has an idea whats maybe wrong, please and thanks.

This is a weird one: So I was gonna play this morning, but for some reason the game launcher had been deleted(from the game files). Since I couldn't start the game, I used the uninstaller, and am now reinstalling the game in a new folder. Thing is, the old folder files include this "tbs_browser" that requires administrator permission to be deleted, and when I give permission, it still refuses to be deleted.

Just a false positive, 3rd party antivirus tend to be too careful with their malware detection. If you can't restore the files you'll probably have to reinstall the game. Good idea to add the install folder to Avast's ignore list to avoid it flagging it as malware again

The game crash every x lapsus time and losing my controls set up (like use item, change weapons etc) and my controls reset all time it happens.

Looks like some people suggested removal of overclocking tools. This is on the right track if you were overclocking.
