Did anyone else notice that the new update pretty much shows you exactly what you can expect to get from the season end?

Idk if otherworld exploration will be pretty significant, but i’m in the top 30% of players, and aside from the 3 orange dice tied to the actual conpetitive ranking, the actual “shards” i get are currently estimated at 20, which is a lone purple dice lol

Again though, idk how the new otherworld content will work with the shards

Any skill that got succesfully casted as Wild. But only 'Wild' Heroes have a chance(usually 30%) of succesfully casting Wild (Skill damage from 1.00x becomes 1.20x). So use it on heroes that are labeled as 'Wild'. i.e. Errich, Tonalnan, Felicity, Flora, Nedda and Thea.

So with this artifact at +20, instead of the skill dealing 1.20x damage, it becomes 1.50x||(or 1.56x depending on calculation)||

Yes I just tested it myself - nedda was doing 250 and 330 dmg with her battle skill (artifact lvl 1, nedda lvl 50 no other equip) - 250 + 25 (20% from wild) + 30 (10% from artifact) - I thought it didn't work at first ^^ so it's (x × 1.2) × 1.1 (or 1.3 if leveled)

I don't disagree and yet I've rolled 20 twice so far on it. The real joke is the illusion of it being a d20 roll at all.

It's more like a d100, but that's actually better odds than the .5% being asked for.

And you get SO MANY purple dice that I can understand why they don't want them to have even any non-zero chance to roll legendaries. At the same time, commons and purple dice are basically such a joke I think they shouldn't exist at all, and we should just get like 20-50% more orange dice through playing.

making it a d20 is so misleading. I think most other things in the game are pretty good about being clear at chances. Def need some other way to get a chance at leggos. Buying the special dice with shards works but depends on events, there's no regular way afaik to farm enough shards for a special summons

The game is well developed and seems to be a passion project for a smaller studio. It has good graphics, an original story and an effort to be different than other mobiles out there.

On the negative, they are attempting a seasonal model, which could be really neat and keep content fresh, but as I said they're a small studio and their communication around seasonal features have been a little slow.
Contrary to the other poster, there are a few things that they implemented during beta based on user feedback, but yes, they've been very immovable on anything regarding summon attempts and their communication about future changes has lacked.

If you're interested, I'd say download at global launch and make your own opinion. They've confirmed a D&D collab that should be out in Season 1 and I think they want to deliver a good product, we'll just see what's within their means.

You should of started this in a whole different manner if that is the reason. The suggestion channel is gone. but with things regarding the discord you should PM me or Tag us in the off topic chat. You know most games only have a few select languages thet they translate into right? we made sure to cover the languages that the game covers so that the player base has areas to communicate. if you play the game and you are using another language to play then you'll probably use that language in discord.

Even though I am no longer in charge of managing channels I'm sure that they are still keen to keep the community and players happy by adding channels as needed. If the CMs see that there is a rise in a language need I have no doubt they will act accordingly to the needs of the server.

I don't know what BDM is but probably not. You choose a class and a race and pick where to put your stats for your main character and dress them up a certain way and they can change between fire and ice and lightning but it's probably not as much customization as it sounds like, and it's only the main character.

I don't think there will be a greater concentration of whales on any server than any other server, but I anticipate Chaos Clepsydra 1 will be the least populated/least "healthy" server, meaning it should be easier there to earn top rewards, if that's what you're into.

The impact it does make has nothing to do with combat if that's what you're worried about, it's only your out-of-combat rolls, such as cooking or forging or interacting with people, or noticing treasure chests.

It's recommended that Int and Wis are the best stats to increase, but Dex helps for convenience with pickpocketing, and Charisma is definitely highly rated too for the same reasons of convenience. Not sure if many Charisma rolls that get failed in the story or during quests ultimately actually matter.

Just from the experience of CBT1 and CBT2, Int/Wis/Cha seem the most impactful with the one-time fail/success rolls with the gargoyles (sometimes even if you pick a right answer you have to convince them it's right with a roll).

And this is why I'll probably just keep going half-elf even though they haven't made a female half-elf yet.

imo archeaologist>actor, and soldier>thief maybe, because the theif doesn't actually get a +1 class bonus to stealing anyway. When I played thief in S0, there was only one instance ever where I got a +1 for being a thief, so you can just build into dex as a non-thief if you like.

Actually I joined about a day or two late and it was a huge benifit because I was still able to reset after some major unlocks. I'm basically well ahead in character levels because I was able to 90 up for each specific thing like goblin lair II, other dungeons, pretty much anything I was able to reset to stand a good chance.

I'm deleting this game.
There is no reason to continue playing a game that only rewards p2w.
You could ague it's f2p but that's fairly dishonest because you will have to dump soo much time to progress significantly.
The events given are good at face value.
But they only give you enough gems in 3 days time for roughly 1/2 heliolite.
The regular dice pulls are imo, abysmal chances; especially since the game requires diverse setups for clearing the domains, thus in turn progress slowing progress.

The question is it 'f2p friendly' ? the answer is YES, because you could progress 95% of the content with just the free heroes given to you at the start of the campaign.

All games need 'investment' if you wanted to progress significantly, spenders spends $$ so they could progress easily. F2P players use their time and a bit of their 🧠 to progress significantly, hell, they can even compete with low-medium spenders.

Don't give me the dice pull and dice rate, other games have it worse. Even a streamer debunked your last statement, by using the same setup of heroes for clearing 3 different domains.

The way I'd differ is the progress
Yes setup plays a big part on this game, but you can't get your setup for long term till after the free reset ends unless you pull a crazy amount of heroes.
My point being is that f2p struggles that way because you can only aquire more dice from some quests and events.
This is already time consuming.

I'm still enjoying the game but it's getting harder not to notice how the stronger players get greater rewards and first access to new areas. Like with lairs, if a player needs xp to advance forget them, just give them a bit of experience per run, make them use 200 stamina just to make one level 90.. Meanwhile the stronger players are pulling goblin 3 xp on auto probably making a new 90 more frequently than once per day.

They already can smash max domains for crystals to make more 90s. But let's make the average players farm difficulty 3 20 times

This is a perfect example of the rich get richer in a video game.

Only reason I can still enjoy is because I've learned to accept and have happiness with what I have. But that doesn't mean I don't see the aspects I don't agree with.

Not really loving how players with a million power level have every opportunity to leave everyone else dragging in the mud while they are sucking goblin lair 3-5 dry for no reason.

Like at some point soon they will be leveling common heroes just for *s and giggles while we are lacking xp needed to develop a second line up

Yeah the game seems legitimately less F2P friendly this season than last, even with the head-start of having a ton of heroes and many skilled scrolled up lineups to use for this season, it's just been harder this season than last to hit certain benchmarks of being able to clear the higher tiers of dungeons.

And of course CBT1 was MUCH more F2P friendly than CBT2 since it didn't even have the option to spend money yet.

People who pay generally can clear higher tiers, faster, in addition to having significantly more stamina to spend each day.

Which, is fine, and to be expected, but I think the point Claws wanted to make is how crazy big the gap is with those two stacking factors making the curve more exponential than linear.

I mean I’ve never seen a gatcha game where the diff with p2w and f2p isn’t big… p2w is always miles ahead. Especially jn early stages of the game…

If someone has enough line ups and xp to progress to the highest difficulties possible, they get many times more what a player who is struggling just to scrape by.

The way it's set up now I can guarantee there are gonna be players maxing out commons just for the hell of it.

Yes. any debuff or control that you want to inflict will need accuracy. and poison is considered a 'debuff'
