When will Dragonheir be available to all regions?
The Closed beta test II of Dragonheir is planned to be tested first in some regions, and players from other regions can play the game after the Global launch. Please follow our official announcement for follow-up information.
When can I find the D&D collaboration content in the game?
Popular characters from the world of Dungeons & Dragons, such as Drizzt DoโUrden, will be making their way onto the Multiversal Plane in Dragonheir: Silent Gods in the coming two years as Dragonheir: Silent Gods' global launch(S1) in the second half of 2023.
Which languages are supported in this test?
This test supports English, German, French, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Will my data be deleted when the test ends?
The servers will open permanently. Your user data will NOT be deleted.
Your data, including your purchases, will be saved and carried over to the global release according to the Season reset rules.

Will my account data be shared across different platforms?
Yes, your account data can be shared across PC and Android platforms, as well as iOS in the future.
One account can only be logged in on one device at a time. You can not log in to the same account on multiple platforms simultaneously.
Can I delete my account and start over?
Currently, account reset is unavailable. If you wish to create a new role, you can either create a new visitor role by switching to a new device or create a new account by using a new third-party account such as Google or Facebook.
If I encounter an in-game problem, such as a bug, how should I seek help?
Mobile players can seek support directly in-game. (You can find the entrance in the upper right corner of the main interface of the game, click Expand - Settings, and the customer service is in the upper right corner of the interface.)
For PC players, we are sorry that currently, we can not support in-game customer service. You can reach out to us through Discord, email, or Facebook DM.

Do I have to pay to play the game?
No, Dragonheir is a free-to-play game. You can download the game for free.
This test will open the Top-up feature, and you can purchase items you need in the item shop.
Will my purchase data be deleted?
No. High-value resources purchased or acquired by players, including Heroes, Artifacts, and Skill Scrolls, will NOT be reset; Stamina acquired in the current Season and resources transmuted from Stamina, such as Hero Upgrade Materials, Improvement Materials and Equipment, will all be reset and totaled up. Players will receive a boatload of goodies according to the totaled-up result.

Will my purchase data be shared across different platforms? Can I top-up on PC if I play on mobile?
Yes, your purchase data will be shared across all platforms. Android players can top-up on the PC store.
Is there any difference between purchasing items in-game on mobile and from the PC store?
No, both platforms sell the same products at the same prices.
