#Stop Nerfing Literally Every Freaking Thing In This Game

Engineer is one of only two abilities in the entire game with unlimited flight. And frankly I'm debating on even counting butter, because though the flight is infinite, you can't fully control the direction you fly, so it's not nearly as useful.
That, combined with the fact that the engi can place multiple seats to support passengers, and now, suddenly, your entire team can fly!
Hooooo boy, I've finally made it to the "bargaining" stage of grief.
I cannot speak on UFO mastery, because I have not tried it. Why have I not tried it? Because Ability Wars fell off, and I haven't played in months.
I'm only still in the discord to try and convince the devs to undo the recent updates. Thus far, my attempts have been fruitless.
ATP I kinda just want the game to die. The devs don't listen to this forum, and they're just gonna keep nerf creeping until DOS is the only viable ability, and it becomes Killstreak wars.
I hate dying as DOS too, but in my honest opinion, I'd rather the devs have just removed DOS outright so it isn't there to tempt me. Instead, they're just reworking everything, and nerfing every ability into the ground.
And you might be saying "but if they removed DOS, what'd be the 10th quest?" Oh idk, maybe just maxing out all the OTHER killstreaks in the game? Unlike DOS, Hivemind, and Defender etc. don't scale endlessly, so there's not as much progress to lose. That, and also these abilities aren't nearly as OP as DOS.
At this point just use portal then

The difference between the low and high abilities gets higher and higher over time, making the game less balanced with every nerf.
Think about it, every ability that’s easy to get and somewhat strong has been nerfed at least once

the idea of a abiitity doing more dmg based on how many punches u have is kinda dumb form a fairness point of veiw

I'm SICK and TIRED of the melee defender mastery hate. @rustic orchid and whoever thinks the same needs to realize that both abilities get really good post level 3 if you take the right path (being hammer slam and ice sword). Hammer slams cooldown is like 8-10 seconds and it has the hit box of a pirate cannon with knock back where your facing (like bubble q) which is CRAZY considering how far a m1 can send while giving you enough time to m1 again once (assuming they're holding jump and back)
And slicer (while being the worst defender mas class icl) still has ice sword which gives a decent STACKABLE slow for each m1 (the only reason slicer is mid is because all of their Qs suck)
Your argument falls apart as soon as you include ranged abilities and alchemist into the equation

But the 2 ranged classes are weak to high mobility rush down classes (overcharge berserker rage?)
Like really weak to rage
Either I haven't fought enough competent rage users or archer just doesn't get annihilated by rage
Also, I'll personally take a look at hammer slam's cooldown
The only difference is that people generally ignore archer if they aren't specifically being targeted but they see a guy with a white hammer or a flashing sword or balls orbiting them a lot of people go "they must die"
Archer also happens to be the best class
Though archer being less shiny kinda makes sense, it's a sniper
Also, archer technically gains a shiny bow made out of light when you pick the third path
so
Archer can't do anything against some guy just competently running in their direction except pray they DPS them down

First, you can just not upgrade archer (they forgot to remove hitstun from level 1)
Second, before the enemy actually reaches you, you can reduce their health by a lot, so by the time they actually reach you, being avle to dps them down seems possible

1st path is just a fat pinata that gets annihilated
3rd path does have decent area control and self sustain via it's Q, but it sacrifices hammer spin which is a decent defensive tool
That's what I think about it considering it only has more damage (I mean like 25 per m1 is a lot but it is NOT worth it)

No you're PRAYING the beserker isn't good at the game (which is why they are using beserker)
Reminder, hitstun makes you and the enemy invulnerable for like 0.75 seconds
Think of it as a kind of block
You are downplaying hitstun by a lot
I mean try to hit a rapidly approaching guy who has 24+ walk speed (I really don't know how fast beserker can get, but it's pretty damn fast) who is itching for a chance to use E and Q to kill you very quickly
Enraged berserker has like 21-22 speed

Who wins: max slicer/crusher, or max archer crossbow
Hell not even max crossbow, level 16 crossbow
Assuming slicer is using thunder dash or can get close enough to the archer to use snow storm ( if you don't know, it's discount blizzard in a bottle) and the 2 players are equally good at the game, I could see it go either way (but that's counter picking I guess)

Hammer unfortunately has no movement abilities except hammer slam ( knocks them away just out of punching range 😔)

First, archer starts with a big range advantage
Second, I miiiight have made crossbow broken when volley was nerfed
You see, I had the very bright idea of suggesting to remove hitstun from crossbow
However, unlike normal archer arrows, crossbow's arrows don't get stuck on impact with a player/NPC, they pierce
And a roblox character has multiple parts
And the rest is history
I blame myself for making archer overpowered despite wanting to make it less overpowered

What I meant is, the bolts can hit multiple limbs at once
Usually hands and torso
Otherwise it's not hitting multiple times consistently
Think of ot as random crits
+there will be times you will miss shots because it's normal for a guy to just

Also, sometimes it can just super crit (3 limbs hit)

Level 16 has increased projectile hitbox
Which is why it's sometimes hitting
It will be even easier to hit once the slicer is trying to combo you
While they are still approaching, you can chip them down
Assuming the archer is like on the hill and the melee class is at the center of the map
That just makes it too easy
Which all of this has to happen before you get voided
(possibly the biggest issue with the ranged defenders that isn't ability specific)
Assuming you start from a decent distance and not super close, you can chip the slicer down
Also, crossbow has slight knockback
Also side note but all classes have different play styles
Slicer has to pray they only get into fair 1v1s
Archer prays they don't get jumped (unlikely)
Crusher has to pray they get to hammer slam before the aforementioned targeting
And baller.....
Has no weakness because it's a fuck ass ability
Baller is a jack of all trades basically
(other than getting voided by a random ass projectile)
However it does have 1 thing mastered
That it does better than all classes
Being annoying
