You can use what you like, hard both is what most people run but you can run easy on progression if you dont like to do many quests and other parts of progression are affected. Gameplay easy or medium if you think your aim isnt the best

theres 2 i know of a grey pill one and a purple pill one
grey pill one does like 190 msv total
and the purple one does about 300 total
mind you both of these can get irradiated too so the grey one is a paperweight if it gets irradiated

your only real option is paying doctors 3000 roubles to get rid of all the radiation you have on you

early game anyway

and early game you're gonna be struggling with money for a little bit

your only real option to avoid this early game is a dosimeter but if you didnt get one at the character creation you gotta fork over 10k roubles to get one
