To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Disable Areas above the PDA Map to remove white circles around locations
2. Right Click the stash marker on your PDA Map
3. Select Set Waypoint
4. Right Click the waypoint you just added
5. Select Waypoint Settings
6. Enable Show waypoints marker on HUD
7. Press OK
8. The on-screen waypoint will point towards the stash

It's official then, i've truly started a new playthrough. So far i've 1) found the hybrid suit in a yellow stash in army warehouse, along with my first basic tools (thanks for doing that to me grok, i hate you ❤️ ) 2) had my first crash of the game, it only took about 2 hours, which was amazing to be honest. 3) got gangbanged by 6 lurkers in front of the garbage depot, my fun levels are immeasurable 4) didn't find a knot in the anomaly field next to the starting noobie village this time, which was quite disappointing, honestly.
