The idea is to reduce the amount of gun diversity within loadouts by locking away the "Tactical" variants of weapons behind Nimble as some sort of progression beat.
This is in order to heavily reduce the focus of acquiring great weaponry to use in the Brain Scorcher while you have something to look forward with a minor upgrade to your current arsenal once you reach Nimble

for the record as far as i can tell the no copyrighted music folder is just essentially functionally identical, the same mod, but with only the offending files removed. like bandit radio normal goes from 1-61, but that folder instead has 48 files with clear gaps in the numbering

also half the time they didn't work properly and never appeared
