Critical Error on top of certain tasks was done on purpose to prevent autofailing once accepted through the PDA Taskboard.
It can also appear on tasks that require you to go into maps you can't access yet.

HEX code is just an easter egg, something similar to the "Kill Strelok" PDA.

sometimes i mess with the drops and put better gun conditions based on stalker ranks to drop. like 10 - 100% for lowest rank and 80 - 100% for legendary. i also make the boxes spawn loot. i lower the chance tho. i know i know i deserve a ban

I got the same armor & equipment, AMB-17 in reserve and instead I got a KSG-23 and a Howa Type 20. SR-2 as my backup in the melee slot. I do have M98B but that thing too expensive to run consistently.
