Best part? If they were reserved for late game night only encounters on the surface they'd be terrifying. During daytime it's just to sidestep, at night you better spot it before it spots you or it's game over.

I do agree that some of the weapons could get some polish, but overall the stuff we do have (I play on DX8 mind you so I have no clue about 3DSS. Just FYI) is fairly neat. 0.9.4 screwed up the AK-74s bad, but most of the other guns are still great. Yeah SV-98 or Remmy700 could use some extra animation polish, SV-98 had to be aligned so the scopes chevron did actually end at the center of the screen, and so on and so forth, but considering all of that it's still much better than let's say UGP with... quite interesting choices in it. Most guns either having bad textures or aren't really made with DX8 in perspective and the fact it mostly adds the top notch guns is really not my taste. I don't think you'd ever see a .500 revolver out in the Zone that isn't a unicorn gun like the gauss.

Well. 🤡 UNISG can be found very regularly in Red Forest, Jupiter, Zaton and they got guaranteed spawn in the hospital in the Outskirts, there sometimes chimeras win, sometimes UNISG, but since 0.94 it's mostly that UNISG wins. If you're lucky you can even get a double spawn in Jupiter bandit camp close to the concrete bath, so that's 6 UNISG for you. Bring Lapua.

Against certain enemies, don't use FMJ, just don't. Especially UNISG, they are pin-point accurate, mostly use high caliber weapons and plinging them with FMJ is ... well, if doing so, keep your distance. No matter what their armor may look like.
