But what actually ends up happening, is that as Duty you just purge Yanov, because cba being attacked in CQC each time you hire a guide there from Rostok.

you could use fast travel without guide to locations that are not yanov

and just avoid it because you know it has npcs of enemy faction

i got moderate relations with duty already

if part of a squad you attacked survives and you meet them in rostok they will attack you and if you shoot back the other duty in rostock will also attack

Capping one guy will not instantly turn all the faction against you, it will just reduce relationships by a lot. If you go in the negative that might change. But generally not a good idea
