The stat card on ammo is almost completely wrong and you should ignore it. All the text is hand-written, and not pulled from the actual ammo stats.

• "Nominal stopping power" has no relationship to the bullet's damage multiplier
• "Armor penetration" BR number is just the number in the brackets divided by 10, rounded down, and is generally not updated
• While the AP number in the brackets is usually close to the bullet's actual AP stat, it is not always accurate (because it's hand-written)

tl;dr Ignore the ammo stat card completely.

It loses effectivity the lower it gets, so at 95% you already see a small drop in the benefits. Just check out how much the artefacts restore and use accordingly. Doing that at 90% is never wrong. You can also use a death lamp for overcharge, but there's a high chance you get killed by doing that. 😁

To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Right Click the stash marker on your PDA Map

Are these Jam Chance percentages using XCOM logic? My 98% condition MP5 jams every other magazine. Tried tap firing HP rounds at at some mutants, it jammed 2 times in 15 rounds.
