There's also the issue of how the hell they're getting munitions, especially Military since they don't have a NATO friend that sells ammo like Duty with CS
It would make a lot more sense if WP / NATO was more tied to the Faction Vendors instead of the weapons the Faction uses

Make less money, goodwill factor takes longer, NPC's do far more damage to you, Everything costs more. Makes finding good suits/loot more difficult should you not savescum every body you find. It does make it more difficult.
