100 mSv is enough to mess with your blood but you don't start hacking
500-1 000 mSv is where you start getting light nausea and decreased white cells
3 000-5 000 mSv nausea, vomitting
Above 5 000 mSv you die within a month
10 000 mSv and you die within weeks

That'd not only ease it up but also allow you to focus aforementioned nemiroff for bandages -> tourniquets or putinka for cooking (which is hella rare unless you keep buying it in bulk) and the iodine could push people to use scientific stims with all of the morphine needles they probably rarely ever use for anything besides BS or Pripyat raids
