We just got a pig reserved for week of July 15th, from a place about an hour:30 away from me. Slightly more expensive than we could've gotten (still within a reasonable ballpark ofc) but gonna be much higher quality meat and the pig was raised very well and humanely.
4.50 / lb hanging weight and 0.90 / lb cut and wrap. Full pastured pig, feed a solid non-corn diet (grazing, alfalfa and hay and an organic non-corn feed).
Could get a whole pig cheaper but I'm happy to reward humane treatment and higher quality meat.
