2 cups of king author whole flour, one half tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of of baking powder, and 1 1/2 cup of milk.

I forgot to add salt mid baking.
500g of sliced chicken breast
2-3 tomatoes
5 garlics
250g of pasta
150g of suluguni Cheese if available
Put pasta in salted boiling water
Roast chicken on oil till reay with seasonings of your preference, I used paprika, salt, pepper and garlic flakes
Set aside from pan
Slice garlic, roast for 2-3 minutes in the roasted chicken oil, add sliced tomatoes after 2-3 minutes add a ladle of pasta water, close, let it stew for some time till tomatoes are more like boiled tomatoes
When pasta is ready, drain it and add to the pan with chicken, mix it, add the cheese, close the lid to let cheese melt and mix again

Korean style pickled mushrooms and vegetables, marinated tofu, braised lotus roots, peanuts stewed in soy sauce broth, marinated fishcake and pan-fried string beans on a bed of spiced rice. I didn't intend to make this a mostly vegan dish but I'm happy it turned out that way

Tonight's dinner is an international bachelor's meal. Butter chicken, stir fried watercress, braised lotus roots, Lebanese style pickles, Korean style marinated tofu and pan-fried sliced Frankfurt on a bed of Mexican rice. Random bullshit I've eaten throughout the week in a bowl, served with an ice cold beer. Just the thing after work!

i just started eating chorizo, had never had it before. you can put that shit in anything
i like it for a meat sauce for pasta.
I've always liked chorizo but I stopped ordering it from places when I go out to eat. I understand it can be a greasy thing to cook but for some reason people think they should serve it with a pool of grease.

Ingredients:
300-400g minced meat
200g onion, diced
1 tablespoon of oil
1000g crushed tomatoes
2 pcs kidney beans, drained
1 pcs black beans, drained
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 teaspoon honey (1 teaspoon sugar also works)
1 knorr beef fond
3 dl water
2 tbsp wheat flour + 1 dl water
Spice mixture:
2.5 tbsp chilli seasoning
2 tbsp ground jeera/cheese caraway
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1.5 tbsp minced garlic (powder/fresh is also fine)
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 tsp ground pepper
Others:
(1 spice measure/0.2 tsp MSG OR 1 tsp umami) if available
INSTRUCTIONS:
Dice the onions and cook them in a saucepan with oil over medium-high heat till translucent (min size 3 liters).
Add ground beef and sauté until cooked through.
Add the spice mixture and cook for 30 seconds.
Add crushed tomatoes, beans, tomato puree, honey/sugar, knorr beef fond and water. Stir and reduce the temperature to medium-low.
Mix the wheat flour and water in a glass until smooth and pour into the saucepan, stirring well.
Add MSG/Umami if available.
Cook for 25 min without lid, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pan from the stove and allow to sit for 5-10 min before serving.
Taste and add salt if needed.
You can eat the chilli on its own or with rice.
If you want spiciness you can always add some more in advance/afterwards with whatever hot sauce you have in the cupboard.
