Pretty delish tbh, the home made Chilisauce and pork roast strips are great. The seaweed fits well with the taste of all ingredients

Great tbh, it's similar to regular sushi rice but with a little bit more bite and a more, savory taste. Rice is rather bland after all.

It perfectly fits with the taste of pork, chili/garlic/ginger sauce and seaweed, since the heat of the chili tames the strong taste of the seaweed

It is a legit thing to eat and japanese already use buckwheat in some soma noodles that they serve with all kinds of cooked meat

Ya know a side dish ya all should make? Put feta cheese with some tomato slices on top (like 1 or 2) in a microwaveable container, cover it in plastic wrap (the see through wrapping people use to wrap foods in, dont cover it in plastic and have it melt) and put it in the microwave at like 750 for 5 minutes!

I mean you can already buy something called "Mettwurst" in germany wich is just mett in a sausage skin that got smoked for example, there are like a to of different variations too.
I only use the freshest of mett straight from the local butcher and reject sausages if they are not home made.
I also rather dry my meat if i want to preserve it, sausage making ain't worth it, i tried it and it's way to much work.

I got a 1kg vacuum sealed pack of fresh Matjes on my Holland trip and it's unreal how amazing that stuff is.
It's just raw Herring that is slightly salted, served with mild / sweet onion cubes.
It's basically Mett but without mincing the raw meat that is fish in that case 🤔

Oh and those packs where the Herring is in a brine is usually trash compared to the "fresh" stuff.
