Marinate in a montreal steak seasoning and worcester then grill
Grilled sweet onions on the burger under a slab of cheddar cheese, applewood smoked bacon, then another piece of cheese

Far as the vacuum seal used a ziploc bag, dipped deep in water to get most air out with a straw sticking out, attached a small keyboard vacuum to the straw to get the rest, then sealed it underwater🙃

I skipped out on work on Thanksgiving and might get fired I did it for the spread: the spread and family.

in my country we are not enjoying thanksgiving but right now i will eat "raclette" : a meal composed with potatoes, some various cooked/fresh meats called "charcuterie", and with a specific cheese called "raclette" from a region called Savoie, which can have differents tastes like with pepper, herbs, smoked, etc.. Ground beef browned then mccormick chili seasoning
sliced jalapeno
Pace chunky salsa
Bake at 375 for a bit
Put on shredded monterey jack, cheddar, asadero, and queso cheese
Bake a bit more to melt cheese
Plop sour cream and salsa on, sliced jalapeno, bit more shredded cheese
back in oven to melt last layer of cheese
