Just flashlight pattern addon and last in the load order, I have the game in spanish and I disabled voice acting as the guide tells
Game lagged for a bit and it looked like busy hands bug, but that stopped after like 10 seconds when changing ammo type
I modified PDA taskboard distance from 100 to 150 on settings, disabled DOF and selected hide body on prone. Those are the only things I modified from the base gamma
(doesn't matter much, had a savegame before and I can continue with the ironman, but it doesn't seem that it was caused because of mods)

I have very little hope of finding a fix, but I’ll ask anyway.
In the northern maps, such as Pripyat, there are usually Chimeras, Controllers, and other difficult mutants. However, I’m only encountering a single squad of dogs across the entire map. I even moved ZCP to the bottom of my load order, but I don’t know how I messed up the spawns.
These are my mods, and I have checked the "terrain-smart" folder—there are no overwrites. Any help would be much appreciated
How to get rid of the black background when scoping in? Any ideas what would cause it. It happens with all scopes too

Only Combat-AI was active during this playthrough. Before I forced an update to the game, I removed every Redone mod, but for a short time during this run, Redone Combat-AI was active. I suspected it was causing issues, so I removed it. I’ve since tried to reset the spawns by sleeping, starting an emission, and changing maps.
delete shader_cache folder in anomaly/appdata
done that. Or I do that everytime I change mods or disable them
well you do that every time you change mods that use different shaders basically (so most graphical ones)
Now I’m checking the logs; there are no smart terrain errors, but there are a lot of 'invalid possition for ClevelGraph:vertex_id specified' errors.
It might have something to do with the new "next gen" engine, but not 100% sure
like those? i dont think this means anything important

After some searching it is caused by the new 64bit "next gen engine", but the author said next build it will be fixed. Just need to type in console "r__svpcscope 2" well if somebody else asks this issue theres the answer

yes. i'm sure this is an Indirect Light problem, because only those settings affect it, but turning quality or resolution up only makes the white spots more fine. Increasing Blur removes white spots but still leaves plain white smearing when turning the camera

quick question, if im playing warfare, and i noticed now the game consistently freezes at similar time from my last save but when it freezes it does not give me an error or anything, is there anyway to get an error log of what is going on?

I am having issues with magazine aaddon. Each time i try to reload nothing happens. I have corect mags added to loadout and disabled jamming/reload mod like it was writen in mod description. So far i tried changing keys, equiping magazines on different armors. EDIT: I found out the issue, lowering mag redux in load order below inspect on double tap worked
why does my stealth crash?
My game always looks extremely grainy and dark to the point its similar to a old timey silent film. I tried playing with shaders and lighing settings but to no avail
I only got inverno on top of gamma but either way its extremly grainy some places I can barely see. When I look at random videos of people playing gamma it always looks very clean and birght (during the day ofc)
What setting have I been missing?

I frequently get this crash when loading any save, transitioning to a new level, or hitting quit game. No I was not pressing any ledge grabbing keybind, or jumping, or anything like that.

@quiet herald "Busyhands" is the name of a bug that softlocks your game by preventing you from performing basic game functions, common signs include:
- Broken health HUD (all red)
- Can't do any animated actions (use meds, eat food)
- Crashing on area transition
- Can't open inventory
Highly recommend turn on412- Busyhands Detection and Blame - RavenAscendantmod to detect if it is really busy hands, and if so then which script caused it. Also keep it on to prevent further long term busy hands that make you lost a lot of progress. Noted that it can't 100% detect all busy hands, so common sense is still the best way
If you have it, reload an older save. Eventually this may not work anymore, you'll be in permanent busy hands, then it's time to start a new game. Read more here: #╭📖faq message

Looting the corpse is fine, however, as soon as i hover over that shotgun i CTD.

Went to the Debug room, and in the debug menu it is fine, but as soon as it is spawned into the inventory and you hover over this Benelli shotgun, it CTDs.

Okay so some weapons used by NPCs have their weapon floating, example in image below. A weapon that would be used to replicate this bug is one of the Steyr AUG A1s ( wpn_aug_modern ) in the debug menu. I checked with Major Hernandez aswell and he has the same problem.

Looks like that's from a different time. It makes a new one each time you launch the game. Try listing them by modify date

@timid wharf "Busyhands" is the name of a bug that softlocks your game by preventing you from performing basic game functions, common signs include:
- Broken health HUD (all red)
- Can't do any animated actions (use meds, eat food)
- Crashing on area transition
- Can't open inventory
Highly recommend turn on412- Busyhands Detection and Blame - RavenAscendantmod to detect if it is really busy hands, and if so then which script caused it. Also keep it on to prevent further long term busy hands that make you lost a lot of progress. Noted that it can't 100% detect all busy hands, so common sense is still the best way
If you have it, reload an older save. Eventually this may not work anymore, you'll be in permanent busy hands, then it's time to start a new game. Read more here: #╭📖faq message

Multiple guns are floating away from character models. Any fixes for these?
my game crashes sometimes when fast traveling or loading a save, i get through 3-4 load screens before a crash. I never get a crash log though. I'm not experiencing any other issues in my game besides this. I installed all additional mods correctly. Maybe load order problem? need help

just because its less than 554 does not mean automatically modded support we check if they came with that amount or if they MANUALLY DISABLED IT
if you hide or delete that ltx you would get a slight clipping of hand into weapon
manually disabling or enabling or installing mods is what puts you at modded support
not modcount number
not having 554 can just as easily mean you're MISSING mods
cause the launcher failed to download it for "x" reason

Doing a clean reinstall today to slim down my added mods, and for some reason adding CCON grass/trees breaks my game, when i enable it in MO2 the game crashes on launch with 0 logs/errors/etc just closes after splash screen

What im giving my two cents, my next suggestion would be double check that there isn't anything that stops it from just being disabled
im really confused as to how, but it was higher up in the load order earlier and i added persistent weather, terrain textures after disabling it and that ran fine
re-enabling CCON at the bottom after crashed it, i even reinstalled a fresh zip of CCON off moddb to test before posting here
i had way more mods added before i did a full clean reinstall of anomaly and gamma a few hours ago to slim down the modlist and ccon was in it working fine which is even weirder

Hello, I have this issue when aiming mosin
okay reinstalling CCON in MO2 to change season from autumn to summer made it crash again, and clearing gpu cache fixed it again very weird and mildly worrying to the state of my gpu but im just not gonna ever fiddle with it again now that its working
Is there a way to change a weapon's damage? I got an RSH-12 mod and it does 73 damage where the 412 rex does 104 damage. A 12.7 should do more than that

If you are playing with MAGAZINE MODS:
- Make sure you disabled the "GAMMA Unjam reload on the same key" mod
- Make sure you separately rebind the Reload command ("Reload Weapon & Put PDA Away") and the Unjam command ("Reload weapon/Unjam Weapon/PDA away")
- Make sure you added magazines to your loadout (alt-click or right click -> "add to loadout")

@vast vale "Busyhands" is the name of a bug that softlocks your game by preventing you from performing basic game functions, common signs include:
- Broken health HUD (all red)
- Can't do any animated actions (use meds, eat food)
- Crashing on area transition
- Can't open inventory
Highly recommend turn on412- Busyhands Detection and Blame - RavenAscendantmod to detect if it is really busy hands, and if so then which script caused it. Also keep it on to prevent further long term busy hands that make you lost a lot of progress. Noted that it can't 100% detect all busy hands, so common sense is still the best way
If you have it, reload an older save. Eventually this may not work anymore, you'll be in permanent busy hands, then it's time to start a new game. Read more here: #╭📖faq message

Hopefully now I'm in the right spot. I played Gamma last night with no issues. This morning, attempting to launch gives me the Anomaly splash screen, then my monitor goes black. Then it returns to my desktop.

I'm running 564 mods. The extras are English_voices_complete, Gestures, KVMA HD MR2.2, Rotten Life, Arrival, Terrain Textures redone, Western Goods, and Kmack's Car 15, walther PPQ, and Walther PDP.

Sidenote. My gamma refuses to launch now. I was installing mods on a fresh install last night and it stopped launching. I reinstalled the entire thing 3 times with no mods and every time I try to launch the game now the screen turns black, then it closes back to the desktop.
Disregard somehow antivirus ate something. move the exes over form modpack and it launches again
!shader // atmospherics, screen space shaders, beefs nvgs and enhanced Shaders are all already in gamma and that's why your shit is messed up. Disable your copies of those mods and clear shader cache with the steps below.
@winter cairn To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

If you crash upon changing your resolution in game, you can change it before launching the game. In Anomaly/appdata/user.ltx look for the vid_mode line and change it to the resolution you like.

idk what else can touch atmos, probably terrain upgrade.
try clearing shaders_cache in anomaly/appdata and enter the game.
if didn't help, try disabling terrain upgrade.
if the issue persists, use !backup and !atmos in #🤖bot-commands

What's the significance of the red and green highlights for mod placement? I'm trying to figure out the correct load order placement for some weapon mods I've grabbed.

[kmack] Mosin Trio is overwriting those green mods (winning) and being overwritten by the red mods (losing)
In this case, I'd presumably want the mosin mod to also overwrite the optic retexture since Kmack's mod also likely retextured the optic?

- Place it into
[Your Gamma]\downloadsfolder, replace if needed. - Open Gamma Launcher and press
Install/Update GAMMA
IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mod is busted, UNTICKCheck MD5andForce git download(OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)
- Wait for the install to end.

3dss uses 1 of kmacks mosins. it has caused crashes before because of that
