Only lame sentence on the bottom of the screen. I know that not every gun has this feature, but not a single gun uses any animation. Just weapon check works on some.

getting that anytime im doing degy quests, its only when hes on the map lol
i've randomly started having really bad stutters and lag on one specific save, i'm using the juan's weapon delivery service weapon mods, duty expansion, and the re:done mods. it was running perfectly fine for a while but eventually i started having these very consistent stutters in every map, it stutters once a second or so. i made two different new saves to test, one without my added mods and one with my added mods, and they both ran exactly the same, perfectly fine like how it was at the start of my main save with no stutters whatsoever, but my main save still has the consistent stutters, and is the only save that has this issue. i also have meat chunk's prefetcher and the stutter fix enabled, and changing visual settings doesn't help at all. can anyone help me out?

1) Open your mod organizer
2) Find 265- NPCs Die in Emissions for Real
3) Right click on it, click Reinstall, pick all 3 options and then Replace

3) Disable it.

Emission itself caused the issue

Iâm experiencing a bug. When I walk inside of the lab to do the brain scorcher. I get GAME OVER PRESS SPACE TO CONTINUE instantly.
Context:
- I already completed disabled the miracle machine
- yes I got the calibrated psi helmet
- I attempted the Brian scorcher once and before the timer ran out I fast traveled to a near by campfire so I can leave with the loot I found. ( Yes I have fast travel cause I donât have enough time to walk to another base )
- Now when I attempt to enter again the 2nd time, I get the GAMMA loading screen with the GAME OVER red text in the middle and âEnter the Zoneâ at the bottom and when I press any key I instantly die
Any idea on how to resolve this?

Hi uhhh, im having issues with my companions ignoring combat after the mission where u need to fend off the zombie attack from AW to Radar barrier
I installed the mod "level_transition_key" as recomended here to loot the bodies in the barrier, didnt save until i was away from the barrier and had the teleports on again, my companions were relaxing in freedom's base, and as soon as i did that i uninstalled the mod so my GAMM right now has the default 548 mods active / 717 total
Tried going to an old save, changing companions, changing the attack mode manualy (talking to them), taking off the guns i gave them, changing the guns i gave them and disabling "Enable companion ignore combat..." from Companion AntiAwol
At this point i dunno what to do anymore :((

i believe so? that isnt to mean that they're incompatible in the sense that you cant have both mods enabled at the same time without crashing you can use both just fine together since they do 2 different things, they way they interact is a whole different thing

Quick question on the game's performance after playing for a little while. I noticed FPS starts to steadily go down the longer the game is open. If you restart the game it goes back to the original higher FPS. I especially noticed the opening of multiple containers with spawned stashes to hit the FPS harder during that gameplay session. Might be a memory leak or something so if anyone knows how to fix it please let me know.

I have found the solution i turned down lens flare and dirt intensity in the sss settings mod in the config
So I've used reputation editor to edit faction relations and make bandits enemies of mercs but whenever I kill a bandit, my reputation in the ranking goes down like I've killed an ally. Anyone know why and a possible fix? or am I just screwed?

Hi, I was just wondering if there is a known issue with Pance's summer grass when fast travelling? I have been noticing that when I fast travel from zaton down to rostok the grass textures seem to drop out. It's more evident if I then walk down to garbage where they're clearly corrupted (floating and misaligned textures).
Have yet to verify if this happens if I walk all the way south on foot without fast travel but might get that done today
Oh, I should also mention that clearing the shader cache seems to fix it when it does happen, so it's not the biggest deal necessarily.
Does anyone have a good mod that allows free third-person gameplay, but switches to first-person perspective when aiming?

i installed ccon grass and trees, lut and frosty weapon pack. After first launch with all that mods game worked fine but then i closed my game and when i came back after couple hours to play again, this issue occured

If you're experiencing crashes after updating G.A.M.M.A. from version 0.9.3.1 to 0.9.4, open MO2, locate and enable this mod:
Pre-0.9.4 Saves Fix, inside the Alternative Addons & Patches category.
If you don't have REDONE mods, this "fix" is only a temporary solution. Starting a new game is highly recommended.
If you have, keep this enabled, it is required for REDONE in GAMMA

You've got to disable Dotmarks in the MCM menu and re-enable the classic markers in the game options. Can't point out exactly how since i'm in a hospital bed rn lol but you should be able to figure it out

Reason I'm asking this is I went to Limansk and the first group of Monolith (from Dead City entrance) literally couldn't see me and while I was using suppressors it feels like they were blind

So, uh, someway, somehow, my game is now always zoomed in a little. While I was playing, I came upon a bug where the camera would zoom in, and there was nothing I could do. I also couldn't move the camera at all. That happened before, and fixed itself when I closed the game and opened it again. This time, however, the game is still zoomed in. It's not just the save. I can start a brand new save, and the camera is still the same. I can move and look around, it's just zoomed in and it's annoying me a lot. Anyone else came across this? Does someone know how to fix it?
I've had this happen a few times where the free zoom mod bugs out, but in those cases it either fixes itself or crashes the game when I try to transition to a different area. Didnt realise it could persist across saves. :/

Hi, I followed the faq steps to increase fps, first method by removing the 3 respective shader mods (188- Enhanced Shaders - KennShade
190- Screen Space Shaders 23 - Ascii1457
290- Atmospherics Shaders Weathers and Reshade Latest - Hippobot) deleted shader_cache, and after running the game to test if it works I enabled Black Market, now when it rains in the game I see small white pixels sometimes appearing in the middle of the screen. https://imgur.com/TFj2Wot these small white dots in the screenshot

So I have an RTX 3080 with a fresh gamma/anomaly install and following the instructions for the Project I.N.V.E.R.N.O mod. Any other graphical augmenting options? Wasn't reshaders done away with at least on standard gamma? I wanna max out what my comp can do any always had trouble with installing shaders. What would be a good recommendation since my system can handle it?

Yeah without True PiP I had about 1 hr going in Jupiter and just manually quit the game. I'll keep testing it tonight to see if it still throws that crash without True PiP and the SMW logs off.

- Close Mod Organizer 2
- Open the GAMMA Launcher
- (optional) Disable "force git download" and "force zip extraction". This will make it go quicker.
- Click "Install / Update" and wait for it to finish completely.
- Re-open Mod Organizer 2.

Alright so, i need some assistance with soemthing its not really about a crash or anything but, ever since Grok made a change to weapon jam numbers, my prestine 100% cxondition gunned jammed 5 times on the same mag with a 0.05% odds, what file and where is the config that controls weapon jamming so i can physically Eliminate it, and if it's not possible how screwed would i be if i remove Weapon parts overhaul.
Cause weapon jam %'s were just fine the way they were before when the gun falls below 60% it will have a high chance to do so because u neglect to repair it.
Did you try the "No Weapon Jam Chance at Full Condition" mod in the optional category?
is there something for that?

I haven't tried it myself, but I assume it would have the chance increase as your weapon's parts degrade, but it keeps the overall gun's condition static and above the threshold, so no innate chance.
well i enabled it and the guns still have a jam chance
0.05 on my sniper and 0.2 on my assault rifle atm and i did enable the mod
So sadly doesnt look like it worked
if i was allowed to set the chance coefficient to 0 and not 0.5 in the mcm it wouldnt be an issue

Currently crashing every time I enter Garbage while doing the portion of the Mystery of the Swamps questline where I have to investigate the Witch Jelly anomaly area. I have Useful Idiots 1.4.10, Grass and Trees by PanceRide, and Drop and Disassemble on press V manually installed. I have Unlimited Stash weight enabled and disabled meat spoilage. I've tried loading in from Wild Territory, Rostok, Cordon, and fast travel

ok so Sotas mod works with my mod which only changes the background + soundtrack, Sotas GUI elements run on top fine as always

im genuinely tempted to go download the weapons mods in gamma off ModDB and replace the ones in the gamma install to overrite the config changes cause i absoluely disgree with the recent weapon jam stat changes and im not the only one that disagrees strongly

well, the only thing i have in mind a suppressor might damage a weapon is because of overheating when shooting frequently (?) but this would be quite unlikly in Stalker xD
but the fact is its a detacheble and not a part of he main barrel structure if anything you might blow the suppressor off the barrel threading. (Highly unlikely) at most a suppressor would ever do is 3 things, Quieter shot, absolutely Miniscule increase in velocity, and maybe less erganomics aka overall weapon handlking due to increased barrel length and weight.

You mean your HUD fov is changing by itself? That's most probably due to freezoom.
I have dark nights in my settings and that's how my nights look in gamma. No special mods.

I've seen people play with it and having the ammo count. Is there an option I am missing?

I am a newbie, and after playing a little, it seems that the PDA is not scaling up to my 32:9 monitor ( I got fixes activated for HUD and some other fov fixes). So it is playable but hard to read quests and the overall clarity of the PDA is hard to overcome (it's like it's being squished horizontaly). Is there a fix, a mod or a parameter to tweak to change that ? (if not i can play in windowed at a lower res)

they get disabled and shuffled to the end of your modlist in random order, they are not deleted but it is a good idea to redo your custom modlist (custom mod profiles do not update) and double check if the mods you used to have, are already included in the 0.9.4 update
and also check if there are updates to your custom mods as well

I've just done the miracle machine as a loner and the ecologists seem to have it in for me, despite have major goodwill with them. Do you have any idea why? They re starting to shoot me just as i enter the bunker area in Yantar
did you ever perhaps murder a merc that was in that area
occasionally, you can get a mixed eco + merc squad that spawns, and if you kill the merc, the ecos in that squad aggro you. this can then snowball into all of yantar trying to kill you for no damn reason

Alright. I set up my mags redux redux madness correctly, and it works in game, even rebinding reload back from F10 to R. But, all of a sudden, every time I reload a save or relaunch the game, boom. keybinds reset. It's not just these, either, any keybind change is reset to the state when mags was turned on.

yessir, i'm pretty deep in the playthrough and haven't had any issues until now
I have no clue, I am using a preset made by a veerserif for dx8-9. Sorry I couldn't be more accurate. Is there a way to send the list? Also, upon loading back in, it appears that a new autosave was made at meadow where I should've been teleported to. so it shouldnt effect me too badly.
if you reload the game and it just continues to work, you don't have to do anything
we don't have a fix for your error aside from dropping down to DX9/8 anyway
(which is not the same as using that modlist preset, if you are using it on DX11)

Many of us have the same issue in Jupiter, all with different mods. I dont think its related to MAS as I dont have that installed. I think it has something to do with performance/a GAMMA bug/or Yanov station. OR all 3.

Then again it only occurs in Jupiter... so it might be an issue relating to something there, many people are getting it tho and I have no idea how to solve it.

Yeah its def not an issue with PiP, its either something all of us have installed, or its something with Base GAMMA. But whatever it is, its only occuring in Jupiter.
Does it seem to occur less the further you are from Yanov Station?
Had it happen once in yanov, once in the northwest tunnel, once in ecologist base, and once in between eco and yanov in that order

One thing I did was take a notepad, go through my mods, and enable debug for everymod (then wrote them down so I can turn them off later), and downloaded the .pbd off the .exe website and dropped that into my bin folder. That way im hoping ill get just slightly more info from my xray and MCM logs. Ive not been to Jupiter since tho, right after doing it, the game stopped crashing. Then I left Jupiter and havnt been back.

Hello. After update to 0.9.4, the folder for GAMMA is still named "STALKER Gamma 0.9.3". If I'm correct when first installing the mod you advice to let it named with the number of version, so I was waiting for the updater to ... update the number of version.
Then I have a second problem, but I can't upload a screenshot (discord seems stuck since months in avoiding me to drag'n'drop files, I have to push the little "+" on the left but here on this server there isn't file in it) :
- I see many mods installed in my separator names "Mes MODS" (means "my mods"), like Screen Space Shaders, BAS Saiga, Quick Action Wheel"....
- They are unchecked.

Is it ok to delete/remove the mods that aren't active and being used in gamma or will that break everything?
Hey guys, I activated mags as written in the FAQ for !mags.
I also activated the optional 261 - ammo check - Ishmael
I had a lot of crashes so I disabled that optional mod and now I didn't have any crashes anymore.
Is there a known correlation between them?
I also felt like other mods stopped working before the crash back then ("the Item grab - dot cue" and some other behaviours seemed stop working minutes before the crash)

but when you update it will all be reinstalled(if you deleted mods) and redownloaded(if you deleted downloads)
and with downloads deleted you will not be able to right click-> Reinstall

There's something super strange with the 0.9.4 : I'm capped at 30 img/s ! đ˛ I see the counter on the top right of the screen. In the options, I've set to 90, and I've even reset it to 80 to see if that was a bug. Also, there's a kind of motion blur even if I deactivated it.
Ok the 0.9.4 is catastrophic on a GTX980. It sucks all the GPU for I don't know what and even crash when I took a grenade nearby. I'm gonna delete GAMMA and copy the 0.9.3 back.

Ok turned out it i DID modify sometime ago the 3D ballistics settings in Settings/Modded Exes/Gamplay/3D Ballistics. And as suggestively asked by @marsh river, turning the aim/fire settings off fixed the bug where the SA58 fires straight into the ground. Cheers
Ok quickly tested, you just have to disable the aim settings, but the fire from barrel ones can be left turned on.

Pre-0.9.4 Saves Fix, inside the Alternative Addons & Patches category.
If you don't have REDONE mods, this "fix" is only a temporary solution. Starting a new game is highly recommended.
If you have, keep this enabled, it is required for REDONE in GAMMA

on new version of gamma 0.9.4 i have less lower fps then i had on previous version, im using all the same settings and mods. I use ccon grass, trees, LUT and frosty weapon pack. Maybe there will be any advices on graphics settings that will increase perfomence of gamma? My specs are: Geforce 4060 RTX, intel core i9 11900kf, 32gb ddr4 ram 3200hz. (i have only 30gb of free space on the same disc gamma installed on, maybe that could be an issue)

crashing when opening MCM. Just did a new install of Anomaly and GAMMA. 548 mods. I added few mods that I used in my previous pc and my old saves worked fine too.

game stutters during fights, yes i have the stutter mod on it doesnt help at all any advice? im running the game on DX11ADV (32gb ram, AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor) my settings are already minimal. i dont want to mess with the shaders mods cus it ruins the nightvision.

hey, how can I figure out which quests have a time limit I missed? I actually have a couple of regular quests from NPC that are bugged - no quest mark on map, I can't do anything with them unless quest givers die
OKAY I figured it out, I start to get crashes on quicksave with "not enough memory" error after I sleep at my base with furniture and stashes and the game creates a sleep autosave
is anyone familiar with this
I reckon maybe I should avoid sleeping and saving in my base which is in a room at the Freedom base with a lot of placed furniture and like 7 full stashes

The quest patch only alters the timming to redo a quest ('repeat_timeout' of each quest)
loot patch, add some itens in the "death_items.ltx
other than that, i am not really sure if the custom mods has anything to do with the quest/opening the inventory

Then no, as for most weapon packs you can't remove them mid save due to them being added to NPCs. The only thing you can do is remove them and reload a save before you added the mod in.
