i cant quicksave or quickload, idk why but i started a new save just now after installing gamma a few days ago and the quicksave buttons worked on my first character but not on this one, i get a small lag spike like its being saved when i hit f5 but no save notification thing shows up, and theres nothing in the "load game" section either, any reasons why this is happening?

If so) You can only quicksave when in a friendly building or by a campfire

You can also press SHIFT + F5 for a quicksave, but it has a cooldown

Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

Hi Guys, I don't know if it caused by mod or not, but yesterday I've updated the game and now the laser sights are flickering - after enabling it starts to shown/dissapear after 0,5s. Do you had problems like that before?
I've chcked with the default user setting and my custome one, on old saves as well, even tried to disble additional graphics mods and remove the shader folder. Nothing helping. I didn;t noticed any additional problems.

Hi everyone, I tried to ask this in newbies chat but didn't get any helpful replies. So I have a custom mod list and I want to update. I made a separate profile for my custom mods. When I update, will I have to manually do anything to my custom one?

What I don't understand is that in the top paragraph it says "these changes will not be reflected in your custom mod list", does this mean I'd have to manually do them? Like if I knife got changed or something, or a new weapon added. It wouldn't be added to my custom one, and I'd have to install it. Is that right?

Hi, I don't know if this will help anyone, but I found the issue. It was related to the zzz_bas_laser_control script. Some mods overwrite the file with excactly the same config (files compared), but somehow it cause a weird thing with lasers. Fixed.

I have never finished GAMMA because of this crazy FPS drops. I love the game, but I just hate those low fps scenes... For me it is ruining all the immersion.
This year I have got 4090 and I was just amazed with nvidia frame generation in other games. How surprised I was when I found this software solution that works with heavy moded GAMMA. Its just crazy, its game changer, especially for all Anomaly modifications

Fluid Motions by AMD is really good too. Lossless scaling is great for someone like myself who plays in Borderless, probably the best software for older games/engines imo.

I tried getting FSR3 to work a few months ago. I might give it another shot and see how much I can break

The launcher is updated if:

I got this error when I launched the game, I have the black market mod enabled, and two mods, one of which works and the other that caused the error. I thought I followed all the install instructions for the new mod, but I must've missed something.

kind of certainly nothing since your crash is largely related to ingame items and dx9 is a workaround for graphical issues

we usually see out of memory errors in relation to bugged npc loadouts, but since npc loadout spawns aren't logged it's never 100% certain

also without you being able to say what in-game activities triggers the crash we have even less to go on

Hi! I'm trying to set up a game with only zombified stalkers spawning. In ZCP I disabled all other factions, but after more or less two in-game days, around 50 stalkers from other factions spawn (and usually one or two squads before that, even if respawn times are set to 4 days). Interesting, as long as long as no faction or only Zombified is selected in ZCP, after two days the same 40-50 stalkers would spawn, from all factions. If any other faction is selected, it will work as expected (only stalkers from that faction will spawn, and the number will follow the population factor).

4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

@umbral grove To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

alright, so my file suddenly started to hit me with a "memory could not be read" message on one of my save files. pretty sure my mods got fiddled with which messed something up. i got into my crash logs but these are a lot of funny words i dont understand
