Stashes now have limited carry weight. To store more items, it is necessary to craft or buy stashes in which you will have more space to store loot.
This change was made so that the mechanics of building bases have a **purpose **in the game.
It forces the player to think about what they choose to take with them instead of accumulating tons of useless weapons or items that worsen loading times, inventory opening times, etc.

I installed the winter mod INVERNO but I don't want the cold system in it. I tried disable it in the MGM menu but I'm still losing health and stamina due to the cold. Is there any fix?

the game runs fine, nothing crash. I just want to disable the cold feature but I wasn't able to
in the MGM menu I turned off all features but some how I still get cold. I reloaded the save multiple times to no avail
Get rid of any fever you got left, save, close game, then
Put Inverno before Particles Cinematic VFX3.5 1.1.2 BOTZ YAWM. I have it installed but I haven't even touched MCM settings, yet the cold system isn't affecting me (besides adding slight text to my med descriptions, but im just too lazy to get rid of them.)
if none of those work you can straight up delete functionality from the modpack but should get rid of fever first in case it bricks save
and backup saves just in case
Cold System isn't just a cosmetic change so idk how risky it's for your saves so yeah

hey everybody, this might not be the right spot for this question,, apologies if that is the case. im trying to make a mod that adds more uses to pill bottle meds. i used a mod that adds more uses to cigarettes as a starting point, and after renaming some stuff i have it working with ibuprofen. its quite simple its just a config file that has these lines in it

It works! Turns out because I set the "medicine" value to 0 it made all meds ineffective so I wasn't able to get rid of the cold no matter how many meds I took. Set it to max fix the problem. Now I'm no longer affected by the cold, thanks !

I don't know either. I installed the mod in Army Warehouse. Walked to Rostok. Then took the guide to Jupiter. Only when I reached Trapper's basement that I started shaking and losing health. Maybe the basement's haunted lol
So i have this weird bug since i just got back on gamma, im in cordon and the entrances to the swamps and garbage just dont work, no popup message, no fade to black, they dont take me anywhere and i can walk right through them

Invictus protect, weightless ammo, GAMMA the thing(forgot what it does ngl), a mod that makes bloodsuckers have a more visible cloak, vanilla weapon retextures, DICK voices pack, machine pistols in sidearm slot, a bunch of alternate mutant textures, ALife optimization GAMMA, GAMMA prefetch, GAMMA reanimated PDA, smaller inv. icons, blood pools, draggable hud, gamma text overhaul, aydins grass tweaks, i installed all of the mutant rebalances in the mod by izeperhoda, mechanics sell ammo parts, realistic blood HQ, and BAS weaponry populator
That... is a lot. No wonder. Sometimes transition points get borked on custom modlists. Could potentially be Alife Optimization, but I can't compare to my own modlist with the butt ton of changes you made.

Your save's fucked 
You can still play, but those certain level transitions will be disabled for the rest of it. All you can do is turn off limited fast travel and avoid your cheesing tendencies. Run to the transition points, and fast travel to something on the other side
I took a mission from a guy to lead his squad to "north-east of the northern complex" in Agroprom. And no matter where I check it doesn't let me say "here we are". I've walked around the entire north-east quarter of the map and it doesn't accept it anywhere. Am I doing something wrong?

Yep I followed it, I thought that was updating reshade or anomaly modded exes, but the problem still going, so the error only appear when I turn on hippo mod in MO2

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.
If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:
- interact with objects or people
- use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
- open your inventory
- drink/eat/sleep
- check your HUD in the bottom left corner
If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.
The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.
Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:
- Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
- Animation for skinning mutants
- Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
- Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

go to GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer, delete GAMMA_definition.zip and version.txt. Then run the GAMMA installer as admin, click "Download GAMMA Data" (this should force it to re-download that), then "Full GAMMA Installation", let it finish
if that doesn't work find and edit the grok_bo.script from gboobs mod - in the channel history here somewhere there's probably a guide

easiest way is to find the gamma ballistic overhaul mod in MO2 with the search bar, right click -> open in explorer

Alright, fixed, if someones ask, he needs to go GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/modpack_addons/G.A.M.M.A Close Quarter Combat/gamedata/scripts/grok_bo.script and go to line 758 and remove "play_particle(npc, 15, "hit_fx\effects\hit_blood_drops_hd_dust_18_extra")" and save !
After that i tried to load my game, did 5/6 headshots and no crash (before it did after 1/2 headshots)

Hey, For some reason moving to truck cemetery crashes my game. It started happening pretty much randomly half way through a new playthrough. Not quite sure what this crash means

My Nosorog running Experimental PSU Reactor with full power runs out of power in about 2-3 minutes of sprinting. It also doesn't get recharge when im not moving. People in the general chat are saying it should last about 2-3 in game days. Custom mods are mags redux, mags buyable at traders, teleport teammates

I have this weird DOF blurry after installing hippo shader, any idea what cause it? Switching reshade profile doesn't fix it. I also turned all the DOF option off in SSS but it doesn't seem to work

It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect. You can turn it off:
1) Open the game
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu
3) Search SSS Settings
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left
If these steps do not work and DOF stays enabled, press ~, type r2_dof_enable off and hit Enter.
Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.
Ey lads, honestly not sure whats going wrong. I've been playing GAMMA since its early days and ive always been able to run it smoothly, no screen tearing, glitching, and only occasionaly having the usual crashing here and there. i've been gone for work and havent played in a bit but i booted up my file from like 2 weeks ago and for the first time ever i was dropping fps hard, moving the cursor is heavily laggy etc. As i havent updated anything, changed anything, and as far as i can tell nothing has happened i was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue before. Honstly it will probably come down to just nuking it and doing a fresh reinstall but i wanted to ask before doing so, because its a pain in the ass.
No addons ive added have ever caused any issue like this as well.

- Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT THE MOD FROM THE ZIP.
- Place them into your G.A.M.M.A.\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
- Run the G.A.M.M.A. installer as admin.
- Click the Download G.A.M.M.A. Data button.
- Click the Full G.A.M.M.A. installation button

I don't find any fun in having to shoot a single FLESH five to six times with the k98 to take it down, it's funny to me that the low quality slugs of the shitty shotty I started with completely overperforms the k98 right now π

Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

Hi, how do I disable npc identification badges that show up in the left corner? I tried removing "163 - Identification UI" but I think that caused a fatal error. I also unticked identify npcs in the settings. Is there some other way to go about this?

Hi, I want to edit weapon.ltx files for repositioning. But no matter what, gun doesnt change in game. For example I want to change vityaz. I unpacked game. In config - items-weapons folder found vityaz and changed lines. Then I copied file and put it in gamedata file. But nothing changed in game. What am I doing wrong?
Just use this, and read description carefully. Disable what it says and reinstal what it says. Optional, you can enable HD models icons too. Everything will work as intended, no more old models.

1. In MO2, find your "Night Mutants- xcvb" mod and right click it. It should show a list of things.
2. Click "Visit on www.moddb.com"
3. On the mod's page in moddb, click "Download Now", to download an updated version of Night Mutants.
4. In your MO2 again, go to the very top-left of your window. Click "File", then "Install Mod"
5. Find your downloaded version of "Night Mutants" and click it to install. Rename the mod to "Night Mutants Overwrite", or something like that.
6. "Night Mutants Overwrite" should now be a mod in your "GAMMA Disabled" section. Find it, and click the empty box on the left of its name to enable it.

I've been having this strange save breaking bug happen at random for a while now. A few bugs happen all at once and lead to a crash within a few minutes, or when I try to save or load a game. the first most noticeable thing that happens is the the PDA glitch. When I open my PDA the resolution is very low and blurry, that's how I know the issue has started and the game is about to crash. The second bug that accompanies this issue is the NVGs not functioning. When I try to activate the NVGs I can hear the sound effect of them turning on, but the visual effect doesn't activate and my screen goes blurry. I noticed that when I try to fast travel while this issue is occurring, the screen goes black for a few seconds, but I then it goes away and I'm still in the same place able to run around.
These issues always occur all together, and usually show up after a few hours of play time. If i try to save or load my game crashes. The game will eventually crash after a few minutes.
The only way to get around this issue is to quit the game, and try to load some old saves. But even then I usually have to re-launch the game several times, trying different saves until I'm able to play for a few hours until it happens again.
The only mod i have enabled from vanilla is the stutter fix. And the only mod I've added is HD models along with it's gamma merge patch.

it's not from stock anom, it's from the FDDA mod - disable the mod "GAMMA Reliable Animation Settings" then go to in-game mod config menu -> FDDA

While trying to install Hippo's Shader's and Atmospherics, I got past loading the cfg_load hipposr and adjusting the visual settings; but then my game crashed and won't start-up. I get the following error:

Weapon DOF effect is still happening even with it turned off in MCM SSS Settings, I have used the command as well, which clears it up for a few minutes, but the effect then returns. I have reinstalled the SSS mod in MO2, as well as done Download GAMMA Date -> Install GAMMA Addons in the GAMMA Installer. I tried to turn off the setting in the graphics settings menu, but after I save the settings and close the menu, if I go back in to the settings, it will have reenabled itself. Modlist attached.
I don't want to remove the SSS mod entirely, as it's for shaders, and I don't want to mess with those.

From reading others with similar issues just close down gamma installer reopen & resume full install.
At a guess just install them with mo2. Remember tho if u install a mod / mods, they could conflict with the main ones, unless there is a patch, just check for conflicts & just install one at a time. The person / team behind gamma have spent hrs making / tweaking each and every mod in gamma. Or just do a search here to see if others have installed the mod / s u would like to.

Doesnβt gamma all ready have hd models? If not just search here or moddb for I believe I saw maids name pop up a bit in the mod list. Just search for maids hd models. & if I remember correctly there would be a patch for gamma.

Did that, it's the same process as frozen zone (which i did a full playthrough with). Which is what i've done and it's still giving me the shader error when opening GAMMA

I'm in conversation with the author atm trying to work it out. I've disabled everything, i've read and done everything correctly. It's a specific problem with my setup it seems and they is probably an easy solution. I just cbf spending an entire day tweaking/turning things on and off. I'd rather just continue with GAMMA weathers etc or go back to using FZ
Disabling Enhanced Shaders can cause that specific error in some cases, because some mods are dependent on it. I think I remember? Have tried turning off rezy's detector patch? (Not sure if that's exactly what it's called, search the modlist for detector patch, it should be something containing a name starting with R)
Once you do that, you also need to reinstall beef's nvg and just install the core file, not the ES Patch
Did you try clearing shader cache after reinstalling beef and turning off the detector patch? If that didn't help, I can't offer anything else, then. Might wanna try running the game with Enhanced Shaders on again, just to make sure it's not causing the problem

The entry to red forest is giving me busy hands lite. It wasn't giving me that earlier during my run. Disabling Grok's new alife in #1035807043933720576 seems to fix it. Worth reporting to the thread or my mods have too much of a possibility contributing? None are animation mods btw

worth reporting - alife start distance is one of the known triggers of busyhands, it's why !busyfix is all about tweaking those numbers

appreciate the help but it turns out all i needed to do was use my brain for once, the part that says "items_placeables.ltx" gave me the hint i needed to figure out what was wrong, its the new version of hideout furniture that isnt playing nice with the new .exe, reverted to old version of the addon and it now works again

It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect. You can turn it off:
1) Open the game
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu
3) Search SSS Settings
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left
If these steps do not work and DOF stays enabled, press ~, type r2_dof_enable off and hit Enter.
Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

As I approach end game I love to use Skadovsk as an end game home base but the fact that I canβt upgrade Spleenβs Trader level is the only downside. I stated in my original post that I have tried the command, but it only works for a few minutes at most before the DOF effect returns. I also tried turning off the DOF option in the graphics menu, but it also keeps turning itself back on.

Footage of the DOF setting in the graphics menu resetting, and the command only working for a few minutes. The command will reset even if I don't reload a save, but loading a save is the fastest way to make it reset, so that's what I chose for the clip.
The effect is just awful, nobody likes it, it needs to be removed, turning it off doesn't even work correctly.

Not trying to sound like a dick, but why are am I only being told to do stuff that I've clearly already stated I've done, or that I've stated doesn't work.
I sent the clips to show that the command doesn't work permanently, and that setting in the graphics menu doesn't work either

Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

I'm getting these LUA erros spammed in console now twice in the same place (Dark valley, southern farmstead area). First time it led to a CTD pretty quickly. Second time it "lagged" my game for a bit, while some keys and actions randomly stopped working e.g. shift moving items between inventories(but mouse clicking still worked), then disassembling items didn't spawn any components to collect and my character's fov got stuck in zoomed state. Also it wouldn't complete the task from sultan removing the "squatters" from southern farmstead. Before crashing I run around the area twice looking for any alive stalkers and not finding any. I tried to save the game to try and reload it and see if it fixed it, but then I CTD'd. Here's a snippet of the errors as well as my .log file.

Both times I had these errors while engaging mutants / enemy stalkers in the southern farmstead area of dark valley.
360 mods, with 2 additional being "stutter fix" and "unlimited stash weight"

and also cant place artifacts in containers

1. In MO2, find your "Night Mutants- xcvb" mod and right click it. It should show a list of things.
2. Click "Visit on www.moddb.com"
3. On the mod's page in moddb, click "Download Now", to download an updated version of Night Mutants.
4. In your MO2 again, go to the very top-left of your window. Click "File", then "Install Mod"
5. Find your downloaded version of "Night Mutants" and click it to install. Rename the mod to "Night Mutants Overwrite", or something like that.
6. "Night Mutants Overwrite" should now be a mod in your "GAMMA Disabled" section. Find it, and click the empty box on the left of its name to enable it.

So I am new to this whole modding thing.. especially overtop of a premade modlist.. but I read that reinstalling Mags redux manually solves some of its problems so I was wondering how I would go about doing that.. I am on the github is it as simple as drag and dropping the folder where the current one is or is it more involved than that?

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:
1) Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2) Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3) Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4) While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM in Settings > Controls > Bindings
5) After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
Bonus: You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list.
KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't just disable the mod in your current save file and call it a day. Your game will crash. To remove Mags Redux you'll HAVE to remove them from your save file with this addon, follow EVERY STEP: <#πold-mods-posting message>
I was having issues with reloads dropping ammo boxes.. but after installing the updated version from Github its fixed.. or atleast I just replaced the Magazines.script with the newer one

Hey guys, I am having an Issue with Groks Health Body Redux, newest version. I am having a permanent bleed effect where my character starts dying with no radiation poisoning or damage. I am full health and even when overloaded i dumped everything and tried to heal. This is the 3rd save where i got the same issue and thought it was related to a stat but it is green across the board. Is there a fix?

According to your latest message on support-default-modlist you're dealing with 5- Anomaly Radio Extended - DesmanMetzger addon. I ASSUME you can disable this but looking at the files of this addon I presume it can be slightly difficult to modify them to replace with your own tracks. I am no modder but I don't think it's as easy as just converting and replacing audio files.... But maybe it is.
If you don't want to have this radio mod then I assume you can disable it and you won't hear that music anymore
Well first I disabled it it didn't go. Sidorovich radio was still playing some russian 80s synthpop I don't need anyones music choice. Anyway then I found and deleted every song file but still it didn't go. Where is the source of this music bro it's unbelievable
This addon is the one which should be responsible for music playing from radio's in bases... 
Have you tried deleting the shader cache and messing with gloss settings in the console?

To delete shader cache go into anomaly folder, appdata and delte the shader folder
After that you can try adjusting the values of r2_gloss_factor and r2_gloss_min in the console while in game

in warfare i keep getting a notifcation of x amount of squads in x location. each time this happens it lags the hell out of my game and i keep getting killed because of it, anyway to turn it off

3dcba seems to be mostly visual changes, so it chances of issues arising are less than HD Models. Did you read the moddb description btw? The author literally says you need DICK to even make it work right, and you need to disable DICK to use HD Models. See how things might conflict?

If you enabled ANY FDDA animation, turn them all off.
Yes I'm talking about backpack, crouch, mutant loot and items pick up. It's causing your crash. I don't care what you think it is, it's FDDA. Turn that shit off.
The only thing you can keep enabled is the first option: Enable FDDA animations

Rads were just barely up. It let me bandage forever. It was weird, cause I'd bandage, and then a minute later I'd start losing health again, and I'd get to bandage again. I used the Red then blue. Red then Glucose. even Red, blue and yellow. Used up all my medical trying to get to Rostok where Duty is. The medical guy healed me, but caused damage, and I still couldn't get the health to stop going down. I can share a screenshot of my medical situation at time of loading in if needed. I've considered loading to an earlier save, but I'm worried it will start up on that save.

DO NOT ENABLE Weird Tasks Framework in your Mod Organizer, and do not try to install it manually. First of all, that mod isn't supported, and second - it's outdated, unfinished and unstable even on vanilla Anomaly.

yeah insanely. but i moved to another map and its fine now. they tend to move to where i am even tho they are friendly.
if you wanna get rid of them, turn on debug mode and delete common squads whenever needed. dunno if it works with warfare, though. ive never tried the mode
ill look into it. last warefare was even worse. then military hunted me down with 30 squads
that's warfare for you

I tried disabling in mod settings inside game --> Body Health system ---> 2nd setting about enabling new system of damaged limbs. For now it seems to work? Yet to test more.
Edit: I tried also putting it back once again in same save game, seems not to damage me. I have bled so many medical supplies on this, lol.
Edit2: I think the setting number 5 is responsible, putting it to -1 might work (in same section of Body Health System).

if you mean smart covers, if i remember correctly, they need to be assigned? in the map in SDK and then compiled
there are like 1 or 2 covers in anomaly that randomly works for NPCs (zaton i think) but even then, it's just a small cover in a bad position

I know that if you use a Kit to heal said limbs, and then a kit that has post healing on, it'll fix your libs good as new basically. My issue, is this will happen when I have like 90% health and no lost limbs. Good water and food, minimal radiation poisoning (like you get from walking through random rad fields) and even if I pump my health to 100, it'll just..start draining like I've been severely wounded

yea they'll still be in the anomaly folder but since gamma uses anomaly as a base for the modpack the files edited there would still have an effect

gamma does not install mods directly into the Anomaly folder. if you want to edit the stats of guns etc, especially of the stuff added by mods, you have to find their mod folder in GAMMA\mods and edit the files from there

my game crashes when loading a save when using any of the gunslinger weapon mods, crash log says something about a jam animation, how do i fix this? i'd really like to use these weapon mods
You can edit stats to stuff by using MO2's right pane. Go into the gamedata folder there, find your file, right click, Reveal In Explorer, then copy it to your desktop. Make the changes you want, then save it in a personal mod you made.

You can't. You have to wait till Grok adds it. Which could very possibly sometime this month. I believe he's made some progress, but it's still best to wait till he tests things out- the mod needs to made compatible with some core GAMMA scripts.

You need to enable a mod in MO2: Quick Companion Teleport
When you're in game, press J. Be sure to be close to them, 200m is the maximum distance you can be far from them, don't go over 300m.
Also, if their health bar is grey, that means that you're far from them and they won't "hear" you.
You'll need to get more close to them, sometimes you'll need to be right next to them in order to "teleport" them.

Does anyone play with mag redux? I activated the mod and yes I also deactivated ''Unjam Reload'' as mentioned.
The problem I have is when I reload my magazines does not stay in my ''loadout'' ? I have to right click everytime to re-add them in my loadout to reload.... kinda a pain when fighting.

The basic explanation is that you "throw" it into your mag dump bag and not back into your pouch because that would take too long
Wow. Not case for me. For me I learnt how to heal as you said and have you tried to remove that mod altogether (maybe in mod options altogether), then save the game. Then quit and enable mods back and try again? Otherwise, no idea how to help.

My experience is that if you stop firing with 1 bullet left in the mag and then reload it'll go back into the pouch properly, but if it's empty it won't for some reason

A look at the code suggests that there's a config option " mag_unequip_trs " that determines whether or not to actually return the mag to the loadout
Specifically "ammo_percent > (get_config('mag_unequip_trs')/100)"
Min value in MCM is 0, so I guess this isn't supported by default
Might be another option that does this somewhere else in the code though, idk
Heya, I installed HD models for my list and made sure to enable the compatibility mode for visible bodies, but this is the texture I'm getting
It's a little dark, but you can see that the entire body uses the same texture

Some scripts manually need to be edited, so you're still going to end up dealing with issues

@long wren thanks again for the help with troubleshooting the cause of the animation issues; i just wiped all my saves and started a new game with turning off the companion inventory mod and i can already see the NPCs are acting different, and by different i mean they act as they have been during my first play before i turned that mod on... hindsight; should've been a warning to notice that they were acting unusual but im still new to the game so wasnt sure if its just the A-life doing something different or what. also, when i used the term 'animations' during this topic i didnt ment actual animations with your hands and stuff, just the audio playing and the headbobing, which is there with default GAMMA modlist too π
I'll have to try that tomorrow, sorry for the late reply. I am hoping I can get it to work, cause I enjoy the added challenge of making sure I have everything I need.

You might need to disable the Gamma shader pack as its overwriting lots of files from SSS. That might cause a shader compilation error though

Boundy Squads mods are known to cause issues, that's why they're disabled. Likely caused by them. Also, just fyi, craft from stashes is gonna disable artefact crafting. The mod hasn't been made for gamma so needs to be patched for it first

DO NOT ENABLE Bounty Squads Extended (Mod 44). It has been disabled due to a multitude of bugs. Also DO NOT ENABLE Bounty Kill UNLESS TOLD TO, even if when it's disabled and you see a crash and the error references "bounty squads" or "bounty squads" is in the log.
If you meet one of those two follow these steps:
- Enable
GAMMA Bounty Kill(underGAMMA Fixes) - Launch GAMMA (You may get an immediate crash, this is fine, relaunch)
- Play as normal until you crash with an error/log referencing a nil value.
- Disable
GAMMA Bounty Kill.

gunslinger is not fully compatible with GAMMA yet, some things in the jam scripts need to be adjusted. all you can do is disable them and load a save you ran before you installed gunslinger

reinstall your whole thing, if you don't believe me on whether if shader cache causes crashes or not, you can ask the mods/helpers, they'll say the same thing
