Hello,can someone help me , i want to use HD Models Addon because i dont really like the textures Gamma uses, i disabled this mod https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/fvm and i installed HD Models through the Mod Organizer and some npc spawn with Hd models others spawn with the default gamma look, i tried creating a new game but it still didnt work

I didn't install anything new, it started bugging after the barrier battle: it would crash when I applied a bandage or after a 2 mins (theres loads of bodies Im trying to loot) Then I updated everything (only addons+md5 check), now it crashes instantly when loading the save up

How y’all not like warfare. Y’all like seeing the same enemies in the same zones even after wiping them out? Wouldn’t it be more fun if u clear out an area of enemies that naturally another squad would take over or atleast it would take a couple days for the enemy to take over again. Just makes the zone feel more real

Not sure if anyone had this issue before, but as soon as I do the rookie mission to get a jellyfish and want to add it to the lead container the game crashes to desktop with this error.

Btw, following the steps to remove the "presets" folder in Gamma Economy to unlock the buying/selling of weapons and armors produces a repeatable CTD for me
I put the folder back in, and I was able to do the same thing without crashing

It comes when running down South from the Military Outpost in the Cordon, at around this exact spot I am looking at here https://i.imgur.com/z8wLtmY.jpeg

I could try it again and grab the crash logs, but I didn't expect it to actually work this time so the logs got overwritten

cant for the life of me get this mod to work on any red dots in the game https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/dots-and-reticles-extravaganza-for-bas
the 2d scope it works fine for but for some reason the red dots in the game still use the ugly default red dot or some weird tiny green triangle that I don't even know whats from.

I downloaded it through mod manager and dropped the corresponding folders in its own gamedata folder but no matter what I do to resolved conflicts it never changes in game, it should just be as simple as putting it so that it overwrites other files and boom new textures but its just not doing that. What am I missing?

I found what I was looking for regarding the Mini Modpack. I ended up installing it as a separate mod and only selecting the 'Full upgrades' sections and dropping it at the end. Was a tonne easier than trying to work out what had been installed.

Got that all working.

Also dropped Exoseva at the end of my modlist and it seems to work fine, although I've not tried speaking to any traders. Upgrades fine, but might need fixes to even be purchasable. At least the game loads, the item can be equipped and upgraded.

I remember playing the STALKER Complete mods back in the day and they had some really great save options.

Is there something like that that works for GAMMA? It was called 'Smart Save' in STALKER Complete and you would hit Escape + S and it would just save with game time, character name, and the area you were in. Super useful tbh.

Hello, I have a problem. I turned on the mags redux mod in the optional section to try it out. Problem is that I didn't like it so I disabled it. Now the game crashes when I load a save. Do I have to start a new game or is it fixable?

I did not disabled anything, I just put them at the bottom so they override gamma shaders and weather. Of course you need to swap the gamma reshades, from the bin folder, with the quantum ones. Have an open mind, both mods are not without issues and some gamma stuff is not tailored vs these addons.

From project quantum just download the reshade files and the shader addon. Install the addon in MO2

from abnormal you need to extract the weather files (it's the gamedata folder) only and repack them as addon and install it in MO2. Don't use the SOC patch it will crash the game

it conflicts with everything gamma weathers and reshade but at the end of the day you are going to override them so no big deal. as I said both mods are not perfects and if there are conflicts with gamma stuff no idea what it would be when looking at the graphics. since is not supported just use it and if you like keep it. Days might be to white sometime but it depends, it takes time to see all type of weathers unless you go in debug mode and select weather (I think is how you do)

Yeah it works if you unpack this db files and take just graphics things..You just need disable beef nvgs and enhanced shaders.. Enhanced shaders are in expedition probably because i can use this commands in console. But blowout looks weird what i trying deal with this now 🙂 If you want i can probably upload my unpack what working with gamma 🙂

Send your crash log here, it's inside your Anomaly folder, this is the complete path: Anomaly/appdata/logs. Send the file called xray_yournamehere.txt, you just need to drag and drop the file here, Discord will handle it for you.

I assume I have to post here because i've turned off some of the shader mods and such, but I'm having this issue where it appears my character is holding some weapons incorrectly, holding them in the center of the screen, and when I ADS, it holds them on the left of the screen, not looking down the iron sights.

To clean your "shaders_cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

Has anyone tried the "Realistic_Rank_Based_Gear_Condition_for_G.A.M.M.A" mod? It's supposed to have enemies with higher ranks drop gear that's in better condition but I can't seem to get the mod to work at all.

The author mentions that the load order should be after GAMMA Economy but this just doesn't seem to work for me. I even cleared the nearby military base in Cordon and every single MASTER Rank enemy had broken weapons under 20% condition. Do I need to start a new game for this work?

so i decided to replace the vanilla devices and grenades with the ones from this mod (i will however revert back to the vanilla anomalous measure device cause the one in the pack looks way too futuristic and shiny imo), ive noticed however 5 conflicts, those are with:
-Better bolt animations
-HD Glowsticks
-RF Receiver Tasks
-Better RF Receiver Sound
-Artefacts Reinvention
glowsticks and bolt animations are working properly, i still dont have RF tasks to collect so i cant test those 2 addons yet for conflicts but im going to assume they'll work fine, the one im more worried about is artefacts renovation cause i dont want to go about missing artefacts inside animaly fields cause of a conflict between the two mods, i know that the addon is in DLTX format and ive checked the configs and they only mess with meshes/textures/hud and hand position so im inclined to believe this wont be breaking anything but i just want to be 110% sure about this so if anyone is already using this mod could you tell me if you came across anything wrong?

Run the Launcher instead of the DX11 directly and tick "prefetch sounds" - it will cause the game to load longer but if the audio causes stutters on firing, it might help with just that. I'm going by logic and deduction here, never had the issue and didnt need to use it myself.

Always install via MO2. Having a dirty anomaly install folder can cause problems down the line. Dltx probably won't cause any issues but you still don't want to install them directly into gamedata in case you Want to remove something later

Is there a way to fix your artifact percentage being randomized? Reloading a previous save doesnt work, it just randomizes it again. I have it on my belt in a container. If it changes anything, i have MagsRedux, Death Animations, New Item Highlight, Graupel, Blindsides Knife Anims, Mags buyable at traders and Turn this on if you stutter enabled.

Hi i've installed mags redux, so i assume my question belongs here. I have problems reloading pump shotguns. Whenever i press R it doesn't start reloading my shotgun, and only way to do it i found was to switch ammo type back and forth

Mods under the G.A.M.M.A Disabled category are disabled for a variety of reasons: compatibility, performance, bugs, busy hands, etc. DO NOT ENABLE THEM FOR ANY REASON.

After reading this you'll probably ask: "But why are those mods there if you can't activate them?". Because G.A.M.M.A. as a whole is STILL IN BETA, and no, Grok can't simply remove them. Version 1.0 will have a clean mod list.
And you'll also ask: "What about the other disabled mods that aren't under the "Disabled" category, then?". Don't enable them if you don't know what you're doing. Ask in #🔨base-gamma-support before doing anything.

What exactly does the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod do? I get light stutters sometimes when roaming as the game loads in groups of new NPCs but it's not that bad, curious if this'll help with that or not.

scuse me mate, just wanted to add something to that Footsteps addon i was talking about. i disabled every footstep addon of gamma and also the one i tried to install, so basically i went back to vanilla foot sounds, and the problem still persists. ground terrain skips some sound effects, and only the ground, no other surface @severe jay sry for the ping just thought it might be not intended to happen

I have this in the in-game morning or just right after sleep, but I can't turn off the '248- Night Mutants - xcvb' because there is another consistent crash because of the bloodsucker. I already tried different versions of the ZCP and previous saves, nothing helped. I would be grateful if anyone knows the solution, including how to fix the script. Before 1.5.2 I did not have this. It's strange that this was not happened all the previous game days, even after the 1.5.2 update.

P.S. Also, the 'xcvb's Guards Spawner' addon was consistently crashing for me at Cordon, so I turned it off a while ago.
