Reshade does not work that easily sometimes, you need to tell it in the settings which folder in particular hosts the effects you want

Was directed here for help regarding my nvgs. I got myself some nods and a laser, and my laser doesnt blow out or blur in any way while using the NVG's however in some youtube videos ive seen others are having their laser affected by the NVG shader. At first I thought it could just be my gun was different or something but no even in debug mode nothing I do makes my game look like theirs. So I asked in the mod support chat, and was redirected here.

I know x-ray engine uses only 1 core of the cpu, but gamma (and anomaly?) is on an "improved" x-ray engine
So, i've got a i3-9100f and a 1050 Ti. I'm planning on upgrading, and i checked if my new GPU will be bottlenecked, and it won't.
GPU bottleneck is 0% and CPU bottleneck is 1.5%

GAMMA is more GPU intensive, so if i get a new GPU i'll be able to play with comfort, my CPU won't be a problem, right?
