I am fairly certain that my game is bugged and advanced and expert tools are not spawning. Ive opened over 10 yellow stashes in the upper region (zaton, outskirts and pripyat mostly) and havent found a single one. or i should buy lottery tickets.

My game has been working fine for months, but I was curious if I could get more fps out of it, so I decided to follow the fps-optimisation channel, I did the first step of adjusting the ingame settings and now I get a shader compilation failed error when trying to boot into the game, I tried retting myy graphics settings trough the launcher but this didnt help, and of course I tried deleting my shader cache

the error is related to pp_blur.ps

Hi guys, I just did a fresh install of Gamma using files from Launcher 6.0 (whole zip package), plus i added the files from 6.2 so to update the launcher (exe and resources) (using anomaly 1.5.1 -> 1.5.2 update)

However i have 438 mods instead of 443, fresh from the install, without unchecking any mods or any red flags.

When turning on the game i encountered error about ssfx_rain

Would be glad for any nudges in finding out what I messed up 😄

Remove zoom on right-click (ADS):

Remove FOV change on equipping pistols:

Try any one of these at a time (in no particular order) to see if it helps:

1. Update G.A.M.M.A. to the latest version (open GAMMA Launcher with admin rights, click on Install / Update)
2. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands )
3. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering, and set Low Latency Mode to Ultra in NVIDIA control panel
4. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
5. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)
6. Don't use the Turn this on if you stutter mod
7. Consider looking at #╰⚡fps-optimisation for a performance boost, if that channel is locked go here to unlock: #⏩start-confirm

Yeah, the tool kits are definitely bugged. Getting basically only gunsmith and medical in the northern zones.6 more gold stashes later and still no advanced kit

it's probably that. Anomaly is so old that it can't switch audio outputs on the fly if you unplug something

Hardware is not going to be the issue in this case as it, should, all be routed through window's audio api. Any intermediary software, even stuff like EqualizerAPO, can cause anomaly to freak out though.

Ideally you shouldn't be using any anyways as most don't do anything beneficial besides equalizerapo from my testing but that is a topic outside of here

To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

o7 Hello helper team, I'm currently having an issue with my GAMMA whenever I launch into game, I seem to get no visuals outsides on hud elements, I get audio and can move around, interact with workbenches and such but cannot actually see any of the visual map. I do believe many moons ago when I first played I did change the visuals of the map to a different season (I believe winter for a more cold/snow themed zone) but I have absolutely NO idea what mod this was in or where to even begin looking, if anyone is able to assist I would greatly appreciate the help

is there any way to add/force a resolution that isn't present in the in-game settings menu? the only option that fits my aspect ratio is the native resolution (3840 X 1600), I'd like to run at maybe half that to relieve the stress on my PC.

I am using the Windows prebuilded one by the way. I noticed that exception was added to the original location of GAMMA I had on my PC. 3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

1. Add your GAMMA and Anomaly folders to the Windows Defender exclusions and disable real-time protection temporarily, before downloading the file.

3. Go to [YOUR GAMMA FOLDER]\.Grok's Modpack Installer folder and extract the G.A.M.M.A. Launcher.exe and the resources folder there (picture for reference below)
4. Launch the G.A.M.M.A. Launcher.exe with Admin Rights and either:

Follow the instructions from a Helper that is helping you.

Don’t look at HP bars, that’s not how the damage system works. Basically once you pen the armor it’s like 1 ammo to the head to kill or 2-3 to the torso to kill

And HP bar goes « poof » instantly

Works the same for you if you have a big armor with bullets that don’t penetrate

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.
