Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

I'm having an issue where, when zooming in with binoculars/a scope, I get a weird blurring effect from trees/objects, kinda' like these screenshots where you can see the trees blurring to be larger/wider than they actually are, not sure if anybody can recommend anything?

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

1. First try to close the Gamma launcher, and run it as administrator again, click install/update and see if the error is gone.
2. If it doesn’t work, close Gamma launcher and go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and run git-bash.exe as administrator.
3. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter. (picture for reference below.)

• Note: Pay attention to what you copy, if the line has spaces in-front, or is missing characters at the end, the fix will not work.

4. Now close the git-bash and run GAMMA Launcher as administrator again and click install.
5. You might have to repeat these steps for the next 2 git folders, aka:

Disable your speakers as a device in Windows. Anomaly doesn't have the ability to switch devices.

So it'll just use whatever it finds. Make your headphones the only option and it'll use your headphones.

It won't delete your save files.

To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

1. Go to the link(s) the Helper has provided above (or below).
2. Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
3. Place every archive you downloaded into your \GAMMA\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
4. Run the GAMMA Launcher as admin.
5. Uncheck/Disable:

Right, well then.
If you want to chop the download into smaller pieces, you can do that.
Simply run the launcher install for a few minutes, then close it. Doing this means that it will start where it left off next time you run an install.
How much data you use exactly you'll have to monitor elsewhere, also note that the mod you stop on will break and need to be re-downloaded, so stopping just as a new install is starting (shown in the console) is better than at the end.

I've had a problem for a while now, the lighting looks a bit buggy. When the game is very bright, whether due to a sunny day or lightning, the screen lights up but there are frames around the screen where the light looks different, it is as if the light effects do not reach there, and it is seen The truth is very ugly, another example of this is that some holographic sights are bugged, especially this is seen when I point at the sky, it is as if two colors were combined and bugged, here are some screenshots, the first image is a colored sight cyan, but in the game it looks this strange hot pink color and the second example is a red sight, but it looks blue for some reason.

there are plenty of guns in gamma that don't have a special partial reload anim

nope, the loading times are due to the amount of persistent items available in the world, i.e. Items that are part of your/npc inventory/stash. Only way to fix this is to reduce the amount of items that are in the world

I empirically determined that the parameters cam_relax_speed and cam_max_angle affect this. Please explain in detail how these parameters are implemented in the game, specifically why this dependency exists and what relax_speed does. I just wanted to change the parameters for the weapons, but I didn't understand what to change for different value displays.
