Seem to found an issue after latest patches: Moving mouse around in Inventory causes gradual and increasing FPS drops: Someone said stutterfix + SSS Inventory DOF Off will help, which it does but it still is gradual and quickly degrades. But leaving the screen fixes fps. I've noticed it's worse when in trader menus with lots of items or when you're in a stash/container with a ton of items and things.

Check my message, enable the stutter fix and disable DOF in Inventory using MCM for the mod SSS. It's a small quick-fix but isn't super effective. Still occurs but is slower and less bad

delete Anomaly folder, rextract it, rextract 1.5.2 patch, delete GAMMA/modorganizer.ini. delete GAMMA/mods folder. Execute 4.3.0.0 installer, click "First Init" button and show Anomaly folder to the MO2 portable instance. MO2 loads with 0 addons loaded, close it. Then click "Install/Update".

G.A.M.M.A. has a default mod list to make sure everyone has the same things, everything goes back to default when you update or you do a complete installation, it's normal.

Everything works normally, then my FPS starts to decrease every time the Inventory/Looting/Trading screen is open. Down to 60, then 40, then later on it settles at ~20 fps. @keen cedar Sorry if I'm clogging the channel but I just wanted to give some more info regarding the companion issue I was running into, I had attempted to fast travel back to base but despite the screen blacking out the fast travel would not occur. If I attempted to load a save after that, the game would crash. I dismissed the companions, and fast travel worked like normal, so I guess they were causing it. The only real abnormality with them is that I only asked one companion to travel with me when I recruited him, but for some reason a second guy tagged along. Just letting you know what I found in case it helps at all in the future.
