  2. Click on 1. Allow Powershell scripts
  3. Click on 2. Launch MO2
  4. Select your Anomaly folder
  5. Click on Download G.A.M.M.A. data and then click on Full G.A.M.M.A. installation

A possible fix for busyhands if you have the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod enabled: reduce the auto_switch_distance_start in small increments of a few hundred at a time in \GAMMA\mods\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs alife.ltx.
Start with like 300 or something, then every time you get busyhands randomly, reduce it by 200 more.
If the fix needs to be resistant to changes made by the installer make sure to also modify the alife.ltx file in \GAMMA\.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_addons\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs

If you get the bug on first load, try loading the same save again. It loads faster and is less likely to bug.

I crash when trying to load into dead city and I got a similar crash trying to go to army warehouses but I eventually was able to load in, I've made sure to reset my modlist to default and still nothing I can play around it for now but I'm unsure which zones will crash and which ones wont.

once these are copied into the download folder of gamma, then launch groks installer as admin (right click and open as admin).
do powershell, do Open MO button and find where the Anomaly game folder is and close MO, click Download files in the middle then install game data and lastly install addons.
these can take a while so move it to the side of your screen since you can not move it when its doing things.

also with the servers shitting themselves as of late, keep checking MO2 at the end of all this if you have 358 mods in the top of the mo2 window, if its less then some of the mods did not download correctly and will have close MO2 to try again with the addons till you have all 358 and no red X boxes by their packs in MO2

I had the exact same problem. I found the artifacts before retrieving the laptop. There were 2 'easy' artifacts so I thought the game spawned it twice. Used one for my artifact melter before realizing Kovalev needed both. So I used item spawner in the debug menu, cross checked stats of the 'easy' which I posessed and spawned the other one.

If your installer is stuck and you can read "Instruction solving..." at the bottom, follow this:

  1. Close the installer
  2. Go to your C:/Windows/System32 and look for a file called Robocopy.exe
  3. Copy this file and paste it in GAMMA RC3/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources.
  4. Remove Robocopy_10.exe from this folder and rename your recently pasted Robocopy.exe to Robocopy_10.exe
  5. Relaunch the installer with admin rights, it should be fixed.

Why do I have this strange effect in my game? etc.

It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect.
You can turn it off:
1) Open the game.
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu.
3) Search SSS Settings.
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left.
Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

If these steps don't work and DOF remains enabled, press ~, type r2_dof_enable off and hit Enter.

  2. Delete your Anomaly folder
  3. Extract a clean Anomaly folder (VERSION 1.5.2 IS THE ONLY SUPPORTED VERSION FOR GAMMA, if you don't have it yet, type and send !152 in #🤖bot-commands)
  4. Run the installer as admin and make sure you have the latest version: 3.8 (If you don't have it, grab it here: <#📢announcements message>)

To unlock every faction from the beginning, you can type greh/renegades/isg/z when you start a new game in the character creation screen.
Since this sound strange, I literally mean "TYPE WITH YOUR KEYBOARD", you don't have an option where you can type in, like an actual console command.

For example, if you LITERALLY WRITE on your keyboard isg, and then you open the faction menu, you'll see the UNISG icon. Same goes for the other factions.
Another good example, ever played GTA? Do a "GTA cheat" in the character creation screen.

2) Find 265- NPCs Die in Emissions for Real
3) Right click on it, click Reinstall, pick all 3 options and then Replace

  1. Update G.A.M.M.A. to the latest version (open the installer with admin rights, click on Download G.A.M.M.A. data and then Full G.A.M.M.A. installation)
  2. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands)
  3. Enable the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in your MO2 (you can found the mod under the G.A.M.M.A. Fixes separator)
  4. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering in NVIDIA control panel
  5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
  6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11)

1) Check you aren't blocked on moddb (go to https://moddb.com, if you don't have a giant red screen you are OK)
If you are blocked, wait out the timer + 40 minutes or use vpn.

2) Visit this link and download downloads.7z: https://gofile.io/d/mpDnsO. Use a VPN if you can't access it.
3) Open your G.A.M.M.A. RC3 folder, move the archive in there, right click it and choose "extract here", using 7zip. It will create a folder called downloads, which will now be filled with zip archives. DO NOT unzip those.
4) Launch the GAMMA installer as ADMIN, click "Download GAMMA Data", click "Full GAMMA Installation"

Is there an easy way to adjust faction relations between clear sky and mercenaries because I have a CS companion and he just stands around while I get assaulted by mercs. It'd be understandable if their relation was good but it's not, it's neutral. I feel he should still try to help defend me.

1) Close MO2
2) Go to GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/GAMMA/modpack_data/
3) Copy this file: modlist.txt
4) Paste it in here and replace the existing file: [YOUR GAMMA FOLDER]/profiles/G.A.M.M.A.. If you don't have a G.A.M.M.A. folder in profiles - create it.
5) Now launch MO2 again

This command is specific for a specific kind of crash, but it's good in any case to remember an important lesson:

If you enabled ANY FDDA animation, turn them all off.
Yes I'm talking about backpack, crouch, mutant loot and items pick up. It's causing your crash. I don't care what you think it is, it's FDDA. Turn that shit off.

The only thing you can keep enabled is the first option: Enable FDDA animations

To bring your mod list back to default, inverting any changes made by you:

  1. Open the installer with admin rights
  2. Click on Only install G.A.M.M.A. addons

Keybinds
To bring your keybinds to default, DON'T press the default button in the menu, you'll mess up everything.
Instead, do this:

  1. Go in GAMMA RC3\.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_patches\appdata
  2. Copy the user.ltx file you'll find in there (note that every change made by you in your user.ltx will be reverted to default)
  3. Paste this file in Anomaly\appdata
