Modding anything is tricky business, even when an automated tool does most of the work

Moddb seems to be back up, so it shouldn't be that. The mod number at the top right on MO2 shows how many mods you have active, not how many total mods are in the list. If you unticked them and it saved your setup, you may have accidentally borked it.

The simplest way to fix it would be to completely delete anomaly, MO2 and GAMMA. Then reinstall them using the guide here on the discord, just in case.

I've stopped getting error spam now, so I think moddb is having some hiccups though. No doubt I'll need to run the tool again to get the outstanding mods

i got this message but i was able to fix the issue by doing a full install 2 times as it seems first time it did not download all of the mods. 3. On the mod's page in moddb, click "Download Now", to download an updated version of Night Mutants.

5. Find your downloaded version of "Night Mutants" and click it to install. Rename the mod to "Night Mutants Overwrite", or something like that.

i can see that happening - your "current" save has some kind of fucked up npc squad spawned in that crashes out when your game tries to index them, by rolling back to an earlier save + deleting all squads, you basically prevent that from happening

well yeah that's not the filepath MO2 is looking in. here's how to fix that. Go to your GAMMA folder, find and delete ModOrganizer.ini (it has a white icon). Re-launch MO2, click “OK” on the error message, and redirect it to your Anomaly install location.

You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

it should skip over fully downloaded files and only redownload corrupt/incomplete/not-downloaded files

in this specific case, the mod is simply deactivated. updates don't generally delete files between updates even if the active mod count goes down

you'll notice (...or well, I notice) that people with older installs that then update tend to "collect" a bunch of old mods that got phased out of the modpack, which get shunted to the end of the modlist. Those old mods just won't show up on a completely fresh install

the latest 359 -> 358 change though is just deactivating a patch that is no longer necessary

I'm not sure then. It could be that it failed to download one or more from moddb but it still shows the correct amount. Try running the grok's installer again. Make sure you follow the same steps as before when you run it. Set it as admin, once its open, let it do powershell magic, grab the data (should be fairly quick) then do full install. It shouldn't take as long as previously if you're only missing a few mods.

Before that, try checking the status of moddb

I had the same thing. All I can suggest is you try to do a full gamma again a little bit after your last try. Eventually you'll get enough uptime to moddb that you'll get everything. Just make sure you check that you don't get blocked by slamming their servers with repeated requests

Possible fixes

• Where do you keep Anomaly and GAMMA? I need the complete path of both folders
• Do you have sufficient permissions on your drive? Are you the admin? If the answer is "yes", are you sure 100%?
• Try to run Mod Organizer 2 as admin
  If nothing works, install Anomaly and GAMMA on another drive if you have another one
