Been running back one of my saves to get the best possible loot combo from some enemies and after over 100 loads of that save the game just started acting different, it halved my fov and for whatever reason the game hitches/stutters whenever I crouch after looting any bodies. Upon further testing, I’ve figured out that only my Ctrl key is causing my game to stutter/hitch whenever it is pressed/released even when unbound. Happens on every save other than one old one. Haven’t added any additional mods so there shouldn’t be anything activated by that key. Randomly started happening earlier and only occurs after opening inventory for first time after loading save. Still no clue as to the cause

It’s almost like pressing Ctrl causes the game to drop to like 1fps but only at the moment of press or release

It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect.
You can turn it off:
1) Open the game.
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu.
3) Search SSS Settings.
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left.
Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

If these steps don't work and DOF remains enabled, press ~, type r2_dof_enable off and hit Enter.

Load my save. (I hate how glossy it is, ergh).
Quit.
Load Profile GAMMA.
This will keep some of EXP Edition's shaders, but not all the awful glossiness. Blam, boom, pow, no more missing textures.

It is still too glossy for my liking...

However, I can tolerate it, and at least my game isn't covered in ugly splotchy black spots everywhere.

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

1. Press F12 in-game, look in Anomaly\appdata\screenshots. If it's not there, look in your GAMMA RC3 folder, inside a folder called overwrite
