if you've changed the folder the EXE file is in, you'll need to modify your MO2 to point to the right place

but if you ran it on your PC ok, hmm, yeah maybe that's not it...

but just in case, on your steamdeck, run the GAMMA shortcut to open Mod Organiser 2, then click on Tools --> Executables, and check that the file paths are correct

oh, and after you do that, you'll probably find that the default Run option has changed back to "Anomaly Launcher", so don't forget to change it back to whatever option you were using, DX11 or whatever

ok yeah, user.ltx is definitely the user settings file, and there's an instruction posted earlier that describes how to copy it from the GAMMA folder to the Anomaly folder, and I'm pretty sure if you ignore the other files and only copy user.ltx then your settings will get defaulted back to Grok's settings

If the gpu is somewhat decent i suggest avoiding AVX. All it does is offload some calculations to the cpu instead of the gpu.

depends if your CPU supports it first of all, if it's a recent CPU then it should. But from what I understand most people get better performance with it off, delegating those calculations to the GPU instead

1. Close the installer
2. Go to your C:/Windows/System32 and look for a file called Robocopy.exe
3. Copy this file and paste it in GAMMA RC3/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources.
4. Remove Robocopy_10.exe from this folder and rename your recently pasted Robocopy.exe to Robocopy_10.exe
5. Relaunch the installer with admin rights, it should be fixed.

DON'T send anything with .bkp at end.

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.

So I saw in here somewhere that apparently the install location actually matters because of file name length, so I moved my install location to C:, only problem is that mod 213 - Trader Overhaul won't copy across because the file length will be to long (But I don't care about that so it's fine). Figure I post here before reporting it as a bug; during normal game play I use M1 for forward and M2 for backward. The problem being, when I open the PDA, it interprets any mouse clicks as PDA actions AND movement, so I keep having to face a corner when I open the PDA to avoid walking blindly into an anomaly. Is there any way to disable movement while the PDA is up, or at least have it disable mouse button gameplay actions while the PDA is up?

after doing multiple full installs, and fresh installs since 9 pm last night, including waiting a 3-4 hours between installs i still cant launch the game and it doesnt give an error message, theses same mods never seem to install and are always flagged. Disabling them does not change anything, the game just crashes without giving a reason after the little logo pops up, Stalker Anomaly is updated to 1.5.2 and runs fine, the issue seems to be with gamma refusing to install said mods.

I'm trying to switch to DX11 from DX11 AVR because the stutters in some areas are unbearable. I've done the rest of the fps and stutter tutorials.

When i try to create a shortcut using MO, I get an error saying the launcher for DX11 doesn't exist because it's pointing to a steam directory. I can't modify this path because the blue + green icon on MO just freezes the application.

It says to turn down auto_switch_distance_start to 300 initially, and then keep decreasing it by 200 each time it happens. But if I'm starting at 300 and it happens twice, then that'll put me at -100? Is that supposed to be like that?

Start with like 300 or something, then every time you get busyhands randomly, reduce it by 200 more.
If the fix needs to be resistant to changes made by the installer make sure to also modify the alife.ltx file in \GAMMA\.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_addons\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs

So i'v been playing with Mags mod and its been a while since i realized its too micro managing for me and im far in the story by now.
I know normally theres no way to revert the mag mode, unless u start a new game and play without the mod but is there any tweaking or something I can do to disable the mag mod and run it on the same save file without issue?

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

1. Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2. Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3. Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4. While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM in Settings > Controls > Bindings
5. After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
   Bonus) You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file.

The only 100% safe way to do so is by loading a save where you DON'T have the mod enabled OR by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.
