Moving Anomaly:
1) Move the Anomaly folder to the new location
2) Go to your GAMMA folder
3) Delete ModOrganizer.ini file. It should be below the ModOrganizer.exe application
4) Launch Mod Organizer (click on the ModOrganizer.exe file in the same GAMMA folder)
5) Press OK, then Browse, then select your Anomaly folder. Done.

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

Just typing it out here for anyone interested. downloaded nvidia profile inspector. created a new profile and called it stalker anomaly. set the SLI options the same as the profile for stalker: call of pripyat. selected "add program to current profile". selected anomaly dx11avx.exe. saved and started the game. it all works now.

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

I don't have as full of a grasp on computers as I'd like and I've run into something that's confusing me and I'd appreciate any input. After updating the lastupdate, the game uses way more of my CPU than before. Before the update, about 50% - 60% of my cpu was be used while memory was at 100% ( which is nice, i like my ram being used). After the update, my cpu is topping out at 100% while only 70% of memory is being used. Has anyone else noticed an increase in CPU usage, post update. Or has anyone else seen this issue/bug (maybe)?

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

1. Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2. Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3. Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4. While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM in Settings > Controls > Bindings
5. After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
   Bonus) You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file.

The only 100% safe way to do so is by loading a save where you DON'T have the mod enabled OR by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.

I'm having some trouble getting through the Miracle Machine on my present save, crashing out seemingly at random actions taken while scaling the walkways to flip the switches off.

The last logs I pulled mentioned that the process had "not enough memory resources available to process this command", and searching back with similar users with that issue, the answer was to do what's described in !full, which I did. Hello. I have been trying to install the GAMMA pack the way it's instructed for the past couple of days now. I've tried 4 times. Each time the MO2 shows less and less mods. The game just does not install properly. I followed the instructions here on discord and the videos on youtube. Nothing works. Nothing gets me the 334 or the 357 mods. Last time I tried the software only installed 230 mods. I am not sure if this has to do with ModDB flagging me, or something else, but nothing I have tried for the past couple of days has worked at all. I'm at a loss. Anyone has any suggestions, other than scraping my shins with sand papar while trying to step on legos with bare feet?

Quick explanation about WHY you're missing mods/files:

Moddb isn't really suited for the installer, it's not that much ordinary to download 300+ mods casually every other day, so you can lose some files in the process, when you download them.
MO2 can't obviously know if you have everything or not. This is because, if the file structure of the mod is "okay", the mod is "okay".
Anomaly, on the other hand, knows right away that something is wrong/is missing from a specific mod, because it has to look for certain files in certain mods. And if those files are not there, the game crashes.

Toggling the box in the SSS menu kinda fixes it, but instead of solving the problem it just removes the circular aperture and I'm left with the ovular aperture, which is less than ideal. You need to enable a mod in MO2: Quick Companion Teleport

When you're in game, press J. Be sure to be close to them, 200m is the maximum distance you can be far from them, don't go over 300m.
Also, if their health bar is grey, that means that you're far from them and they won't "hear" you.
You'll need to get more close to them, sometimes you'll need to be right next to them in order to "teleport" them.

Hey guys, I have a very small issue but it's kinda driving me nuts. It's kinda hard to see but I captured it on video finally. Occasionally there is a bright spot that appears in the very center of my screen that looks like a faint flashlight and it only appears if I look up. I don't know what this is, is this lens flare? I have a AMD GPU and have tried implementing the suggested fixes to stop the random crashing that occurs, but it isn't really working.
Are there any other fixes that can help me?
Also previously when the game crashes it would notify of the GPU's failure, but more recently it crashes my computer and restarts it.

I'm going to a monolith base on Radar and there is a house close to the Red Forest gate.
I have a stash in that house on my PDA and also some monolith soldiers there who shot me. But all doors to this house are closed and monolith guys just going through them (doors)
And I can't get to the house to loot the stash and kill these guys
