If you have this folder - delete it, if you don't have it - skip this step.

Got a problem with a circle of light under my feet, kinda like a spotlight. I read that you can fix it by disabling Roadside's Lens Flares but when I do that the game crashes on startup, doesn't even make it to the main menu after the launcher. If I reenable it the game will launch properly but then I have the spotlight. Anything I'm doin wrong or something else I could do to fix it?

I fixed the white circle/spotlight issue. I couldn't disable the mod since that made the game crash on startup, so instead I opened the mod and painted all 4 lens flare textures completely black. Works perfect now.

4. Click on Install

In case you want to keep G.A.M.M.A. specific icons:

1. Disable G.A.M.M.A. Icons and G.A.M.M.A. Icons Cr3pis Ammo
2. Right click on Maids HD Icon, hit Reinstall Mod
3. Select Icon Override and modules and click on Modules to make your choices for the different modules available. Select None for the medic items, upgrade kits and junk items, this is for keeping G.A.M.M.A. specific icons made by Grok. Also make sure to leave SMGs and Pistol icons unticked
4. Click on Install

I did a bit more testing and the 9A-91 appears to be bugged, if you jam while using it, it gives you the busy hands bug, and if an NPC jams while using it your game crashes.

So I believe Ive figured it out, maybe someone else can confirm - if you change Anti Aliasing the game does not prompt you to restart, even though the changes do not take effect until you do.
this was causing me to believe i was lowering it, when nothing was indeed taking effect. so perhaps that can be adjusted or noted somewhere.

I have the same CPU. Rostok does around 20 and Dead City's dropped to 15 before, not much you can do. There's a lamp change in development that seemed to help a small amount.

This command is specific for a specific kind of crash, but it's good in any case to remember an important lesson:

If you enabled ANY FDDA animation, turn them all off.
Yes I'm talking about backpack, crouch, mutant loot and items pick up. It's causing your crash. I don't care what you think it is, it's FDDA. Turn that shit off.

The only thing you can keep enabled is the first option: Enable FDDA animations

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

Hey, i'm having issues with scopes (acog currently) where sometimes it zooms in as a 1 times scope, as in it shows the model of the acog on the gun, but it bassicly zooms in like it only has ironsites and it doesn't use the scope. can someone help me out? I installed Gamma did all the steps and everything including the copy and pasting of the app data, bin etc to anomaly, and I was able to launch and play it once but when I try to launch it again, the small rectangle with STALKER GAMMA written on it shows up and new window opens and then instantly closes and I can hear the windows error sound. Nothing I try works and I had to delete everything once before due to same issue and download again but the same issue is back.

2. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands)
3. Enable the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in your MO2 (you can found the mod under the G.A.M.M.A. Fixes separator)
4. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering in NVIDIA control panel
5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11)
