In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

1. Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2. Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3. Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4. While in game, check your keybinds for reload and unjam
5. After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
   Bonus) You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file. The only safe way to do so, is by loading a save where you don't have the mod enabled or by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.

Specifically the bandits were standing around a campfire that was not lit, and they kept standing there despite the firefight around them.

The corpse I'm looting is Dimuha Baron
Opening the inventory does nothing strange
Clicking 'Take all' crashes with the error shown
Taking any of his weapons or the grenade he has crashes the game.

The rest of his inventory can be looted safely from limited testing.

Yesterday my OS crashed so I did a hard reboot, after which when I tried to play it wouldnt work. So then I deleted everything and downloaded everything again and installed it according to the process. But for some reason when I click on run it shows processing VFS and then nothing happens, Ill clip a video to it, it doesnt show the processing vfs dialogue box but it shows the screen blink and then nothing happens.

Complete newbie here guys...I've followed all installation process steps, and I'm now trying to launch GAMMA through the MO2 as advised with 335 mods installed. It shows a box in the background saying that it locks MO2 and I have the option to unlock it...But when the GAMMA splash screen comes up, it stays for about 5 secs then closes with no onscreen error code. If your game crashes when talking to traders or on startup about duplicate dialogs XML nodes:

1. Open your GAMMA folder

2. Go here: .Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_addons

3. Delete this folder: Grok's and Darkasleif's Armor Exchange

4. Go back in your GAMMA folder

5. Go in this folder: mods

6. Delete this folder: Grok's and Darkasleif's Armor Exchange

Then launch the installer with admin rights, click on Download GAMMA data and then on Only install GAMMA add-ons

Okay nevermind, I think I fixed it. In case anyone else has a problem with this I turned my settings to Extreme, restarted and no more flickering water, I guess it has to do with trying to have lower-quality settings. Thanks!

well just did that and on i5-10400 16 ram 3200 and gtx 970 it gets like 100 fps in open area and inside cordon and small villages its over 70-80, in bigger cities like rostok i think its usual to have fps drops like 45 fps or somthing

@BakedBlake#2858 I think I got it figured out. To get the program to use the gpu instead of the integrated graphics, I went to nvidia control panel and manage programs. I set the global preference to use the gpu instead of operating system choice. Then I went to the individual programs setting, browsed for the d11avx executable, added that, and told it to use the gpu instead of choice. There is a link on that screen to change a windows specific setting, so I followed that link and added the same exe to the windows section and told it to force gpu use. Then I deleted the shaders cache folder under anomaly/appdata. Then i relaunched the game and went from 5fps on potato settings to 70fps on high.

The easiest solution is to remove BitDefender and use Windows Defender.

You can (also) resolve this issue by opening BitDefender and going to: Protection > Anti-Virus > Open > Settings > Manage exceptions > + Add an Exception.

This command is specific for a specific kind of crash, but it's good in any case to remember an important lesson:

If you enabled ANY FDDA animation, turn them all off.
Yes I'm talking about backpack, crouch, mutant loot and items pick up. It's causing your crash. I don't care what you think it is, it's FDDA. Turn that shit off.

The only thing you can keep enabled is the first option: Enable FDDA animations

@lethal thorn its not a gamma issue, it seems to be something with anomaly. if its not openal then its anomaly files

you can try re-extracting anomaly and running a full installation through the installer

if you went outside without a torchlight irl you'd see the ground shine a little bit depending on your biological night vision and the moon phase. There's always a little bit of light.

There's already reason aplenty to use NODs ingame. Black figures against black background is reason number one. Idk about you but I can't have a low-light gunfight without any light source in the game.

i've had dark boost on lvl3 on my screen from playing games like tarkov earlier... thats one reason as well for the nights beeing that bright

Stashes are empty by default; you will have to find or get coordinates to actually find something in them. These coordinates can be obtained as rewards by completing quests, by reading PDAs that you can find on the bodies of stalkers you kill, you can even threaten wounded stalkers to get them, before you kill them.
You can also** buy them from traders**, although the location is always random, so it could be anywhere.

2. Copy the user.ltx file you'll find in there (note that every change made by you in your user.ltxwill be reverted to default)

Guys I have an issue with NVG. They don't work after you die if you had them turned on. All you see after reload is blurred screen. Anyone else have this? Any way workaround for that?
