Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed

Also DO NOT enable Bounty Kill unless told to, OR If when it is disabled you see a crash and the error references bounty squads or bounty squads is in the log. If you meet one of those two follow these steps:

1 - Enable GAMMA Bounty Kill (Under GAMMA Fixes)
2 - Launch GAMMA (You may get an immediate crash, this is fine, relaunch)
3 - Play as normal until you crash with an error/log referencing a nil value

AI don't give a duck about rads, human enemy are immune to the effects of anamolies. As for radiation, see if you've got any artefacts that emits radiation on you that is not in the containers. Or don't go north if you don't have a good gas mask

1 - Enable GAMMA Bounty Kill (Under GAMMA Fixes)
2 - Launch GAMMA (You may get an immediate crash, this is fine, relaunch)
3 - Play as normal until you crash with an error/log referencing a nil value
4 - Disable Bounty Kill, and enjoy GAMMA.

So in mod organizer at the end of installation it says select dx11, so I origionally missed that step and the game still run. Regardless what does that part actually do like will I notice different gameplay if I stay on the one I have elected or should I just scrap the save and restart on dx11?

It changes some things under the hood related to graphics processing. It should make no different in the function of the game past different frame rates.

Running in DirectX 11 with AVX (if you can) should help. Running the game from a SSD or NVME drive instead of an HDD can help. Past that it mostly depends on your GPU and other computer parts.

There are graphics settings inside the game you can adjust as well.

Hey guys got a weird one here

I have the following specs:

I9 9900k
EVGA 3080 (12GB)
32 GB DDR4 3200 RAM

So when I boot up Gamma, I have 40-50 FPS almost every where, and stutters like no other WHEN its set to 1440p resolution, if I change it to 1080P my FPS returns but I still have stutters

Now.. Ive set the affinity right with unticking 0 cores, then I moved the user.ltx into the appdata folder per the instructions in FPS help channel and deleted the shader cache.. This actually fixes the problem HOWEVER it sets the resolution to 1080. If I change the resolution after doing this to 1440p and up all settings to max i have absolutely no issues with the game, stuttering is gone, FPS is at 144.

As soon as I close the game and restart it, the issue reappears. I have to literally do the FPS improvements steps all over again before starting the game to get it to go back to stable. does anyone have ANY idea what could be happening im at a complete loss. This is with Vanilla Gamma and thats it no extra mods.

Hey Grok so it doesnt matter in regards to this core affinity unless youre stating that it needs to be disabled right from the start as the game is starting. I dont see how that would be the reason though as I can boot the game up with 0 core enabled with the FPS fix and it works fine, its as soon as I change it to 1440p and then restart the game that the FPS issues and stuttering happens. Ive tested both with core 0 on and off, and I cant think of a program that would set a specific processor affinity for a specific process without doing it manually trough Task manager

You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support and #old-bugs, in these two channels the support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla and are also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

i'm about 40 hours into a playthrough, and fast transfer performance seems to be deteriorating. now it stutters the game for like 0.2s every time i pass my mouse over an item with shift pressed. if you do that for 10-20 items in a row it gets pretty jarring (and worrying). I've tried to enable fast transfer fix but it doesn't seem like it's related

copy Robocopy.exe
then go to GAMMA RC3 (ur gamma folder) go into .Groks Modpack installer\resources and delete file Robocopy_10.exe
then paste your Robocopy.exe and rename it to Robocopy.exe

try installation again, it should work

The last couple of times I've played a run with Mags enabled, enemies seems to be dropping almost no ammo. It used to be that they'd drop a couple of mags with a random amount of ammo in each, and some in the gun, but now I just get empty mags, empty guns, and the "normal" like 1-5 rounds of a few types of ammo. Just wondering if this was an intentional change that I just missed in notes, or if it's something I screwed up somewhere.
