Quick explanation about WHY you're missing mods/files:

Moddb isn't really suited for the installer, it's not that much ordinary to download 300+ mods casually every other day, so you can lose some files in the process, when you download them.
MO2 can't obviously know if you have everything or not. This is because, if the file structure of the mod is "okay", the mod is "okay".
Anomaly, on the other hand, knows right away that something is wrong/is missing from a specific mod, because it has to look for certain files in certain mods. And if those files are not there, the game crashes.

Warfare is really bad on fps because it spawns more npcs that each are coded to do things like capture points, which just adds more load onto your pc so it’s not recommend. Also I think because it adds extra code to AI it might mess with some other mods

G.A.M.M.A. isn't built with Warfare in mind and Warfare, per se, have bad perfomance, bugs, issues, etc., this is why it isn't recommended.
You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support and #old-bugs, in these two channels the support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla and are also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.
