Usually, I'd get 3-4h of sleep on a daily basis. When I get 5h, I'd consider myself lucky, if I get 6h, I'd consider myself blessed. 'Cause there was a week, where I had slept a total of 9h for 7 days.
Dealt with this crap for 3 years. Never again.
