I was there when those big incidents made the headlines on the internet (those two soldiers who went missing)
Fort Hood wasn't the most PC place, so you could get away with saying a lot of horrible jokes
but we also had all those accidents, sexual assaults, and deaths

you can't easily get away with that kind of behavior at other installations

I wonder if the non PC culture is in some way related to the sexual assaults
