I often were getting used to such stuff. In Valheim I did as quartermaster extraordinaire. All storage segregating, refueling torches, cooking food and ensuring boxes with ready food, arrows and medicine for the taking are stocked, feeding livestock, all me. My buddies were mostly a muscle to help with actual fighting and carrying of resources.
