i reccomend you to try Enhanced Recoil GOLD mod, you gonna need to manually tweak it for yourself, but it brings a weapon impact to a higher level already. This is the best we have for GAMMA right now

indeed it is, but some guns are very overtuned in terms of vertical recoil, so you gonna need to retune it in enhanced_recoil_gold.ltx and mod_enhanced_recoil_gold_gamma_patch.ltx files. Theres a foolproof guide on how to do it and also on how to create new gun patterns

The specific reshade I used was Spooky's .ini.. Other than that, you can't really get that lighting anymore unless you have very old versions of current mods (like Atmos and SSS).. Only other way would be to tweak it manually and hope for the best
