its closer to tarkov medical. zerod limbs have to be recovered with specific medical, no weird post-heal, painkillers now function as painkillers. lots of neat new med stim injectors. overall feels less janky for me.

I've got no clue what the tarkov medical system is like but those others are interesting

I quite like the first-aid then post-heal system but it's stupidly annoying when I get jumped by a pack of dogs and then have to heal

mutants do so much bleeding damage

yeah in this mod you don't have to post heal, but if you completely 0 out a limb you have to take a lot of time to recover it. and the consequences are much greater

zero a leg? you limp, and with painkillers you can run but you take dmg.

zero an arm? good luck sniping or managing recoil. painkillers reduces the effects of this

all the annoyances i had with the 3-step-limb-recovery in vanilla vanished

but that didnt make medical easier
