I was working on that back then but it's quite the tweaking, you have to fickle with manual values rather than default ones, but you can use a mix of Cartoon and Bilateral Comic for better effect, as well as Borderlandify77 that was for Cyberpunk but you can still use the effect

that spas has some compression texture problem if i remember correctly maid give some winrar with the fix to the spas

i personally love so much efpwp but there are some textures(1 or 2 not too much) that seems weird due to compression but the overall is really good
